A lot of people slam this KFC restaurant and I think it's unjustified. The staff are clearly overworked. They try to do their best with what little resources they have. I waited a little longer than was expected and due to a mix up my order was delayed further. No worries, I was explained why it took longer, given free drink whilst I waited and left happy. It's a fast food joint, people should chill out with their reviews and respect the staff who are doing their best.
Every single time I'm there, it's understaffed and waiting times are 15-25 minutes. Defies the purpose of fast food IMO. Often food gets nuked, unless you like scorched wings that have barely any meat left on them, which disintegrated nearly completely over the hours on the hot plate. I bet this is not even the staff fault, Head Office should look into franchisee and how he runs this place as it's just permanently bad.
wrong items sent. Nothing correct other than fries, that were loose at the bottom Of brown bag. KFC accepted it was their fault but blamed the fact that they have new uni staff and people make mistakes. They don’t deliver and used third party just eat. as I ordered through them, kfc couldn’t and wouldn’t re-send the correct order and all I could do was request a refund via just eat. So unhappy, especially when hungry and the issue was KFC and not just eat!
Never ordered a KFC online, and barely eat one in restaraunts once a year if passing, but this was an abomination. The chicken was cooked to within an inch of its life to the point the coating was one shade away from being BLACK crispy, and there was certainly no seasoning ... well it had probably killed the flavours off from the deadly frying it received, and what with the 4 MISSING boneless breast strips that were an add on to the chicken bucket, I will not ever be ordering or eating again, especially when unable to get a refund for the missing items, of which were my sole dinner to go with the chips, so left dissatisfied with a very foul taste in my mouth, made even more RANCID by having had to eat a couple of MUTILATED boned chicken pieces so I didnt go completely hungry
The staff are so slow no energy no pace it’s no wonder it took so so so long to get a zinger! Embarrassing.The chicken was not a zinger it was bland and dry and the chips were hard Shame on you !!!!
This has to be the worst place to order food, always wrong orders, very long wait times, I was the only customer in there today and still waited 30mins, it wasn't until I said something they apologised, absolutely shocking service everytime, will never go there again.
Waited 30 minutes because thry are more eorried about getting out their home delivery orders then serving customers in the shop. Chicken was mainly batter and I'm not sure how KFC are getting away with the nonsense they are calling "chips". Firstly, I'm paying extortionate prices for my meal only to receive 11 tiny "chips" which were cold, unsalted, tasteless, potatoes that they haven't even bothered to peel but are selling it to their patrons as though it's some sort of sophisticated type of posh chip when infact they're actually saving money on not paying people to peel them. Won't be eating at a KFC anytime in the near future.
So much for “fast food”! Waited almost half an hour for a simple order! Would not recommend! -5 stars
Really not the best place to stop for a meal, they are very short of staff at the moment which means it takes quite a while to get a simple meal ready considering this is a fast food joint. Limited seating was available, food quality also not the best compared to other KFCs.Food: 4/5
We arrived 20 minutes before closed and placed an order only to find out there weren’t enough boneless chicken fillets left so a great member of staff, Corbin, I believe, gave us a substitute of chicken for it which was very kind and to add to this was an incredibly kind and respectful member of staff, give that man a raise.
