So disappointed with my experiences here. I’ve give them multiple chances to improve and each time it’s a let down. Often it’s due to lack of freshness soggy chicken but today it was lack of seasoning. It tasted like they completely forgot to add any spices! Absolutely avoid this place.
I ordered a variety bucket and everything was fresh and delicious, the price was ok. The chicken was crispy and very tasty. My order was made up in good timing and the men who served us were super friendly and personable, I believe their names were Steven and Aiden so a shout out to them. I will return.
Service was as you'd expect. Service time under 10 minutes at dinner rush. The only reason they lost stars is the fries were under cooked common corner to cut when busy in a restaurant and we received 2 macaroni salad instead of a coleslaw and macaroni salad . Didn’t get our pop when asked for it the clerk sighed heavily. Then I asked for a fork and he sighed heavily again and said ‘there is one at the bottom of the bag but I’ll get another’ when he came back to the window he asked me snarky if there was anything else. When we went to eat our food there was NO fork at the bottom of the bag so it’s a good thing I asked for one because who wants to eat a poutine with their fingers. Buddy shouldn’t be working with the public if he’s going to be a snippy little brat when asked questions.
Aydan and Steven are amazing and hardworking employees! They are very friendly, co-operative, and focused on their chicken-making duties.. They make a great team!
Got a raw chicken Big Crunch burger, very disappointed, wouldn't recommend this location.
I have to be honest. Maybe it's because I'm almost 50 and remember KFC tasting differently. The chicken wasn't too bad, BUT it was not KFC. Simple fried chicken, a bit salty, no special flavour, nothing. Could of pretty well been fried chicken from anywhere. I don't think I'm going there again.Food: 1/5
I paid $20 for 6 tiny pieces of chicken. With that price, you would think I would have gotten at least a breast. Chicken legs and thighs. I will not be back!
The famous chicken sandwiches are great. Good service through the drive thru.
Chicken just doesn't taste right. Could be how it's cooked. Could be how it's prepared. This location does not offer extra crispy as other locations do. Staff seems slim here. Instore ordering, check your order as they are too busy with drive thru you will find something missing 90% of the timeFood: 2/5
