KFC Woy Woy have always had pretty fresh stock on hand. Every time I have gone there food has been fresh and nicely prepared. Service is great and atmosphere is down a little just from the local youth that hang around there that can be off putting at times Parking: Spacious carpark. No trouble with parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking spots with wheelchair accessible entrance
Bought a boneless hot and crispy meal with add on of 2 extra pieces of hot and crispy. All four pieces of chicken where very pink in the middle and no were near cooked. Couldn't eat my meal and of course to far away to return to the store. Shame on kfc for selling half raw chicken
Bit of a coin toss whether the food will be well cooked, the facilities are clean etc. Last time the place was literally filthy in the eating area and the bathrooms. There was nothing in the warmers and the line went out the door into the outdoor eating area and the staff focus seemed to be on the long line of drive through customers. I walked out. Also I was very disappointed with KFC cancelling too soon the hot'n'spicy chicken which is the one thing that they seem to able to deliver consistantly. And this one of their new "flagship" stores. I decided to got to KFC as I was peckish and felt like something I don't normally have. The young lady Megan serving was and what a pleasant person. Her apparent love for her job showed in her attention to mine and other customers needs. The chicken was very nice which also showed that the staff had their jobs at heart. No doubt there is a normal way of preparing the food however when you also have a great experience with the staff it makes for even better eating.
Not a very good kfc. The food is consistently below average for KFC. Undercooked chicken, old fries, out of date chocolate mousse. Staff aren't friendly and the store is not cleaned regularly.Food: 3/5
I order 2 x 3 pcs hot & crispy chicken with added combo of coleslaw salad and Pepsi Max, and a frozen Pepsi. I found out the chicken was undercooked. So I brought them all back into the store and requested for return and refund. The girl did process the refund for me but with an uncomfortable and unwelcome attitude. She only asked short and cold questions: - “Where is the undercooked chicken?” - “Pay by cash or card?” - “Okay, just tap your card and put in your PIN” - “Here is the receipt. Money will arrive in a few days” I was shocked with the customer service level. So when I got the refund receipt, I looked at her and asked: “Is that it? Will I have a sorry for the undercooked chicken? I am pregnant and this is really unsafe”. She then said “No, it is not. It is just how dark meat looks” I can guarantee that it is not how dark meat looks and it is certainly undercooked with pinkish colour on the meat and chewy texture. When I informed her that, she shrugged: “Well then, I am sorry” From the beginning till when I walked out of the store, that is the only sorry I have received. Not only disappointed in the food quality, I am very disappointed in the customer services today.
As per usual ordered a 3 piece box Please no thigh pieces I’ve worked an managed a KFC and I understand that certain boxes require certain pieces But this isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with this store Take the order Repeat the order Check the order It’s not up to the customer I was almost grateful for a thigh piece considering the size of my two other pieces Overcooked and under size in relation to a small potato and gravy as per picture This store needs a complete overall on training from the top it’s not that hard to deliver a fantastic product
I ain't going to lie to you my guy but this was not bussin. Like my guy in the counter was aight but the service was slow bro. They say slow and steady wins the race but when you are waiting 15 mins for some precoocked fried chicken my man, you lose the race you feel me. Like i was dead bumbed cause I got the Zinger Box the only thing you should be getting at a kfc and the fries were aight but the chicken my guy was doo doo. not bussin at all my guy it was under seasoned, not hot and was dryyyyyyyyyyy. It felt like was eating chewy sand. However, all hope was not lost as the Pepsi my guy was straight bussin.
The staff trying hard but clearly under prepared, understaffed & under managed. The place is pretty filthy & food taking an average of 30 mins. Could make a killing well managed. If you can, avoid the hassle
The food here is usually up to quality and the wait time is good. However, they were often closed in covid times when most kfcs were open, and the drive through takes awhile.
Placed order at 2pm for Father’s Day dinner to be delivered at 6.30. Got a phone call at 6.55 to be told they had run out of chicken. What chicken shop runs out that early considering they don’t close till 10 ! Extremely bad management !
