Chips were cold from sitting there for an obviously long period of time, this piece of chicken was completely inedible, cold and so dried out I’m 100% sure I’ll be sick from eating what I was able to eat. Food isn’t kept to temperature and food is left out too long! Potato and gravy was also cold so I don’t understand how the food is kept? Or Why management doesn’t care about making all their customers sick from food poisoning! Should be sued because how many reviews are the same!! You do not ever get fresh quality food from here. Save your money and your stomach and go to McDonald’s or hungry jacks or red rooster instead!!
Waited in the drive thru line for around 25 minutes to be given a wrap that barely had anything inside it, I asked to have it remade to then had it handed back to me the exact same. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service from Nerang KFC. Not happy.
The most blunted pack of door nails you can imagine, all shoved in one restaurant. Ordered a large Zinger B&C Ultimate Box with a Sunkist, the sides being a Hot & Spicy chicken piece and "obviously" being large, large chips, to have during lunch break on shift. Took a whole lunch break to place the order with the dullest light globe possible, only to get back to work and find 3x wings staring back at me belittled, while the small chips and plain Zinger burger wave at me, stating "This is not the meal you are looking for". I tried calling the store twice, to only have the phone ring out. I guess the staff weren't there mentally and the management didnt want to be there physically, only to be ending up in the cool room, frozen stiff... to be fair, wouldn't blame them if that was my career choice either.
September 2nd. Ordered a combo burger with 2x regular chips and apple drink, took an hour and a half to arrive and they forgot the extra chips. Annoying considering the chip box was around $3 each. I don’t know what they do I’ve there but I’m really appalled by the service. Not even mentioning the fact that the food was lukewarm at best.
Useless. Went back twice because the burger buns were stale and hard so called up and complained and gave details over to get a replacement burger then went in a few days later and was told it was never put through the system. I was not surprised. Hopefully this meal is good others I will never be returning.
Not so much of a 5 star branch in Nerang although the young light haired girl amber I think she said her name was is so present and on the ball with everything running the whole front by herself informing everyone of all the waits on items that the back is struggling to keep up with. My personal opinion, she Carries the store because let’s be real the foods not that great compared to other branches Atleast here you leave with a smile
Bought a 3 piece from the Nerang store today. WORST KFC in my life. Since when did they start using pigeons instead of chickens? This was meant to be an upsize. The small chips were half full and were cold and without seasoning. Each piece of chicken was cracked, over cooked and dried out. No answer from the store when tried repeatedly to call them.
First and last time we’ll ever have KFC, the chicken was cold dried out and revolting, also no chips in the order. Probably become sick from trying to eat some of it. The only thing that came warm was the Pepsi. A lot of money spent to fill our garbage bin. Never ever again.
Worst KFC I've been to! I give them 0 stars. Repulsive day old chips and burnt oily chicken is how I'd describe the food. Thank God I didn't get poisoned. Clearly it's poorly managed and the Gen Z staff have total disrespect as they can't even get a order correct. Disappointing!
Always pretty fresh food although the drive thru is a bit slow
