Best KFC we have had in years. Fast and friendly service and all staff looked like they enjoyed working as a team. The chicken and chips were cooked perfectly and nice and hot - better then our Qld KFC in a big city. We went inside to order and the store was clean and tidy.
This place has seen better days. Service wasn't too bad. They're kids. Young fella said the right things, just needs to crack a smile...even the guy in the Christmas shirt....mate! Everyone can forget a password to the door..give him a break. On entering the store, it looked like a wall panel was missing, there was food swept up and sitting in a pile on the floor next to another wall. The men's toilet lid was busted and bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while. Pretty gross. For a fairly busy country store catering for travellers at Christmas or anytime, lift ya game.
Just got a 3 piece box. The kid behind the counter had no interest in what he was doing. Too busy chatting to the other guy. No spoon for the potato, no towelette don’t even know if they still do that and no napkins. We are travelling so too far down the road to go back and complain. Lift your game KFC.
It took 40 minutes to get food and only the drive through was open usually they are realy good but there were 3 people working and 1 was doing the mic one was cleaning and one was making foodFood: 3/5
A terrible experience overall. Will not return. Had to wait at 12 pm to be let in by a rude girl who clearly didn’t want to work there. Was not happy serving. Got my order wrong. Staff was un organised. Very filthy place. Floor slippery.
Dropped in there lunchtime on Monday, The sit in area was filthy, food on the floor, the tables greasy with wipe marks and just general rubbish on the floor everywhere. It was not busy.
Customer service is absolutely atrocious. The staff were speaking rudely about about the customers loudly and customers could hear them.
People do yourself a favour don't eat at this filthy place ... you be better cooking a stew in your toilet bowl, it would be more hygienic...discusting discusting discusting.. gota be the worst kfc in Australia.. also the attitude of the staff was horrible .. I would rather eat a pie out of a bin befor I went to kfc glen.innes Again
Staff would rather hide out the back then actually serve customers. No hair nets or gloves worn by anyone. All the floors tables and chairs were greasy, bin was just left in the middle of the floor with no bag in it. Stuffed out order twice wrong burger not even close to what I ordered. Stay away place was a tip
Terrible service, in store was a wreck had to wait half an hour for chicken because none was made. chips was covered in salt freeze machine ws not turned on, the place had food everywhere the tables were very greasy. this was at 4:45 PM
