On a quiet Sunday lunchtime in Dickson the staff were abundant but unmoved by the disgusting state of the establishment. In the filthy toilets a dead cockroach had expired, one tries not to think where it had journeyed before meeting its end on the floor of the men’s bog. One torn stool had been repaired with tape which had since also peeled away. The food tasted as it should.
Asked for supercharged sauce get sweet n sour. Paid for dinner roll didn't get one. Go a 2nd time, ask for dinner roll paid for it get to window to collect oh we don't have any. Why take payment then? Completely run out tonight of pepsi max in any form. What Is actually going on with the management of the store
Whenever I order through drive thru or uber eats I always have to go back and get what they missed! CHECK THE DAMN ORDER BEFORE HANDING IT OVER! Have someone dedicated to checking the orders and making sure EVERYTHING including spoons and sauces are in the bag!!!
Had a kid from the local private school hold up an image of a certain "historical figure" at the front counter once. Unfortunately, getting past this, KFC Dickson is horribly slow in filling orders and there's not much of anything to show for it. Its well positioned and I haven't gotten sick from the food. That's a solid pass in my books. Vegetarian options: Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly, they have seats I guess. Parking: Parking is hard to find and paid for the most part, best to stop at the servo and walk over. Wheelchair accessibility: Well accessible with ample parking Dietary restrictions: You can restrict your diet to fried chicken or fried spicy chicken, not varied much. There might be a salad and Pepsi Max on offer though.
Place is in need of a good clean. Rubbish on ground inside & outside. Damaged chairs. Pretty much run down. The young kids were doing a good job though serving. Food was good despite the surroundings.Food: 4/5
Went for a filler late night. They double checked that the chicken used in here are halal meat. So I ordered the pop chicken and 6pieces chicken meal. They were KFC good! :D Have a safe meal, be healthy guys!
Always some items are missed. It happens to me whenever I order from this store. Please check whatever you receive before leaving the store and getting surprised at your home! Out of Pepsi Max all the time! Don't believe it? Ask them next time
Order missing items. Price significantly increased but service remains below average... Does KFC Dickson even care about their reputation?
Ordered the giant feast, the chips weren’t fit to eat, cold and dried out like they were sitting there from lunch time. Not good. We should be able to eat what we pay for. Doesn’t even deserve one star.
Worst KFC I've ever had. I'd rather eat the bum off a low flying bin chicken than ever order from there again. Chewy chook, soggy chips, mash out of date, doubt the place has gotten any cleaner since last walking in there. STAY AWAY!
