Called in for lunch, the staff were friendly and courteous. The order / wait area is very small and it got crowded. My order was made really quickly and I was impressed. Unfortunately that's where the impression ended. The chicken was very, very greasy and there were no napkins in the box or on the tables. I had a three piece box but couldn't finish it because of the grease in the chicken and on my hands.
The hottest, juiciest & freshest pieces of chicken I had for a while. Nice outdoor covered seating area.
Routinely forgets items from my order. First it's something small like all of my sauces for my nuggets now it's my large chips. If you can help it don't order delivery from this store. I don't know if this is standard but my order doesn't have the stickers preventing tampering by the Dasher so there's no proof they took the item.
Pretty standard KFC... Took forever to get through the drive through.. I'm taking like 20min... I only wanted 3x go buckets.. oh yeah and frozen machine wasn't working... Surprise surprise.. if I had a dollar for evertime ... Actually I did have a dollar each time..Food: 5/5

Looks can be deceiving... I ordered a zinger box, and everything was fine, tasted normal. When I started heading back from break my stomach felt heavy and a bit of indigestion. It continued throughout the rest of the night and through till next afternoon that I was then able to regain my appetite. Cause?? Who knows, the usual kfc excuse. Luckily it's on rare occasions I get fast food.
Food is good, but they always forget major parts, including when you upsize. If i'm spending >$50 for my family, I expect them to get my order right. Especially when I pay extra for stuff and they forget it.
I found a spider inside the lid after having my whole Zinger Crunch Bowl.
These guys have managed to stuff up my order the last 3 times through uber eats. Nil care factor, just like when I worked for KFC 20 years ago, K Point KFC remains the worst store in Brisbane
Dark haired Girl at counter was very unfriendly. No smile nor emotion. But that’s KFC customer service for ya.
