Pretty bad kfc, your waiting at least 15 mins for your order. On a weekend, they have someone who is under 16 working by himself in the front and you just feel bad for the kid. They only prioritise drive thru and not front or delivery. So think twice before coming here!!
Got food poisoning from here previously, but that was months back and I understand it can happen to anyone. Tried again just today because of a last minute family call in so we shouted KFC for dinner. Bucket of chicken pieces still smelt off. Not sure what QA goes on here, but the chicken looked grey and yuck. Guess I'll see what happens with my guts tomorrow.
Absolute rubbish, worst KFC I've had in my life. Paid $13.50 for the most messy, cold and empty zinger burger box I've ever come across, with a sad side of under-salted, undercooked potato slices they have the gall to call chips. To top it off, also included was 2 nugget sized chicken pieces that were overcooked, almost entirely comprising of the fried coating with barely any actual chicken in it. You know it's bad when the best part of the meal was the PRE-PACKED coleslaw side, and the can of Sunkist. Do better KFC Glenmore Park.
I go here weekly and the staff are almost new every week. They tell you you can print out a receipt from an online order when I do it every week. There is always one item missing in the order. Ask for extra salt and it's a hit and miss situation you never know what you'll get. Staff are not friendly and not trained well.Food: 4/5
The worst KFC ive ever been to. Waited 20 mins for food, while sitting in the store eating my food a cockroach crawled up my leg, the place was a mess and tables dirty. I dont want to know where else the Roaches are. I'll never come back and if are thinking of coming here after reading this you must be brain dead.
Absolute worst service by the drive thru attendant, rushed me while I was ordering through the speaker, when I got to the window and told her I ordered a large instead of a small she rolled her eyes at me! when I collected my order my entire order was wrong, completely wrong burger and size meal for my husband and missed half my daughters order when I checked with the girl over and over! Horrible horrible service, if the line wasn’t out the driveway and I didn’t have starving kids in the back I would have lined up and told them this to their faces
Not a real fair review as its Christmas eve, but I've never seen such a disorganised bunch of kids
My favorite KFC here in Glenmore Park. Good food and service. Drive through service is okay. Has nice gardens in the car park. Can get busy around 7pm so go early if you want to avoid a wait. Very popular.
Unclean tables despite being unbusy. Rude staff, all of which just ignored my grandmother who was trying to order as she didn’t know how to use the little tablets the ecpevt you to use. Just looking we didn’t get the chips as they were horribly burnt. Disgusting, won’t be having kfc anytime soon.
Good luck. The so called manager 16 years old. Give me a break. Abusive and full off ..... What happen to looking after the customer. Not important to 16 year old so called managers.
