We're from Melbourne, & visiting friends who live in Grove Dale. The turnover must be high, because the chicken was fresh & juicy. Only criticism was the potato mash & gravy. "too much gravy, and too less potato. Otherwise we all thoroughly enjoyed our takeaway meal. VIP, I got a 10% discount for showing my Seniors Card!
Three friends and I ordered a burger feast with plenty add ons, and all of them were there, nothing missing, nothing mixed up. all of the burgers were neatly made, weren't squished, perfect temperature, were very crunchy, not covered in oil, not soggy at all and had the perfect amount of sauce on each. The chips weren’t cold, were salted throughout and the popcorn chicken was the best i’ve had, crunchy, not soggy, consistent, no small crum like pieces and again cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and more than happy to tend to our needs and gave us plenty serviettes, and extra hand wipes and as well as we got our food very quickly considering the amount of it. If I could i’d give this restaurant a 20/10 and was pleased to eat here and would 1000% come back.
Every time I go they get my order right and it is well made. I can sit down and enjoy a meal on weekdays because it is quiet :Food: 5/5
I ordered popcorn chicken and I got full of chips and a few chicken popcorn’s on top of that. Very disappointed with the service I received.

I ordered chips today around 3:30 and I found red clothing fibers all though my chips
Had great service and the burger was warm and wrapped with love.... I have need had this before..LOL
Handled a very large order well and the staff were very pleasant and thankful for our order. My one issue is about ordering, due to size we tried to call ahead but were unable to get through, we went onto the app which was reasonably easy to use however it capped our order at $100 so we had to make multiple. Otherwise...it's fast food, so...food was as expected.
Im sick and tired of sloppy fast food. What KFC advertise and what they deliver are worlds apart
