Great KFC, clean restaurant, friendly staff with quick tasty food. My server Brooke was great. The space to get around to the car park is tight unless you ignore the one way also don’t fall foul of the parking limitations

The king of fast food. What more could you ask for? Reasonable service time, not bad. Sadly overrun by just eat drivers who sit on the tables. This particular KFC isn't well managed - often out of basics like salt, napkins, forks and sauces. The food, however is usually really good. I think if they spent a bit of time viewing through the customer experience window they could learn a lot and it would be time well spent. 4/5 is generous. But fortune favours the bold. P.s. the new chips are horrible.

Parked and went inside and I was impressed. Whenever we use the drive thru the order is wrong but this time it was perfect. Everything was hot and came out quick. Our only gripe was they had no salt. Chips without salt is just wrong. Other than that much better meal than at other leading fast food chains.Food: 5/5

Too hot, too bright, menu board not working to order our own, had to queue up at counter and waited ages as staff members busy doing phone orders. Didn't have the rice box I wanted, second time in a row. Couldn't wait to get out. Better branches than this to go to. Too stressful to return.

I made am order today through just eat, and for the second time within a month my good was not delivered even though stating delivered. KFC were unhelpful both times and just eat told me to re order and I would be refunded which never happened so paid double for one order, today I was so annoyed so took all proof of my purchases and spoke to mani store manager. I was told they can not refund, replace food, I suggested they must no which driver was allocated my order to ask him but again could not do this. So in a month I have wasted nearly £50 on food i did not receive, will never use just eat or KFC again and you can’t call anyone from just eat or KFC all done through email which is a waste of time

I would like to thank Ellie at the Tamworth outlet for her caring & professional approach. Second time lucky for a delivery & it turned up with thanks again to Ellie for monitoring & keeping me informed. Again, a big Thankyou & will have more faith to order again.

Chicken was delicious but the issue is with the cost of the food. Nearly 15 quid for 6 pieces of chicken and 4 small bags of chips. At that price you would have thought that they would include a beverage but nopeeee, if you want a drink to wash the food down you're going to purchase it separately.Food: 4/5

Ignored at counter for 5 minutes as staff would rather wait for food to appear so that they could bag than acknowledge someone waiting. When food arrived on opening at home as this was a takeaway, 10 mini fillets were missing 2 fillets. Chips which are the worst part of any kfc meal were made from green potatoes. KFC care emailed and could not be bothered to respond.

Went in last night for a family treat after taking the kids to winter wonderland . Well what a shock , 1st we ordered so I popped to the toilet , what an absolute disgrace, absolutely stunk of old urine , urine all over the floors , all over the toilet seats , absolutely disgusting , signs saying toilets cleaned regularly , what a joke ! So this was about 9pm so the restaurant only had about 4 customers eating in so that left a good 20 or so tables and chairs to choose to eat , could we find a clean table- NO ! Every table had food over it , sauce stuck to chairs , beans stuck to tables and chairs, salt stuck to tables via damp from drinks cups , chips all over the floor , empty sauce and salt packets all over the place ! There were more staff there than customers yet this place was awful, well under managed ! KFC , you really do need to take a long hard look at this particular outlet of yours , this is the worst one I have ever had the experience of going into up and down the country !! 1 star is TOO high in my opinion !!! NEVER GO KFC TAMWORTH ventura park. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE !!! NEEDS CLOSING DOWN before someone gets food poisoning or slips on the filthy wet floor and breaks their neck !

The food was great, can't complain at all. The service let it down ever so slightly, but given the fact it was the Christmas period, and it it was extremely busy, this is nothing more than to be expected. All in all, I was happy and would definitely return. Parking: The actual KFC carpark isn't the biggest. However, being on a retail park, most people would have already found space previously, and could easily and safely walk over.
