Similar complaints to others with overcooked chicken that has almost none of the KFC flavours. The store was dirty and the service so-so although I’d blame management rather than the team as they all seemed to only school kids. A really poor example of what an international brand standard should be.

Clean,fast though check your large orders

For the first time in a while where they got the order correct. All items fresh.

Slight order stuff up in drive but they fixed it right away

Last couple of times I've ordered drive through, check was a little over cooked and three small pieces in the 3 piece pack. Disappointed.

All the food I ordered was piping hot.

Worst KFC I have ever eaten. The Colonel would be rolling in his grave to know that there's a KFC with such low standards. The chicken in the Zinger burger was tough and the chips were stale. Don't go here, it's a waste of time and money

food is fine but they are NOT covid safe while waiting for my order, i repeatedly witnessed kitchen staff pulling down their masks to talk to each other! WHILE HANDLING FOOD! it's not enough to just tell staff they need to wear a mask, it needs to be ENFORCED
