Went a few weeks ago. It seemed like they had trouble managing the orders due to some mistakes. Some lady was constantly complaining about how she’s been waiting for 10 minutes and then kept reminding the staff to make sure to make fresh chips for her. When they gave her her food she said “did you make me new chips? You didn’t give me those chips that have been there for half an hour?” I was waiting before her and saw her ordering, complaining and receiving her food. It was not half an hour - max 10 mins from the time she order till she got her food. Just hope they gave her cold chips.
Service and quality i recieved today was absolutely disappointing. Staff we're not even proactive to move just a little quicker to move orders out quicker. Nearly 25 minutes to receive a zinger burger combo. Chips we're tasteless The chicken was half cooked and size of burger was tiny. Thankyou KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN for this experience, You have cured me of my addiction to your products with this disappointing experience!!
I had a terrible experience with KFC fountain gate on 22/Sep/2022, I've ordered a burger combo deal from the iphone app, when I get the store, they told me they are closed and cannot provide any food, but the app still allow people to make ordering, who knows how many other people didnt get their food. I was requesting a refund they cannot give me on the spot, so I have to go through a customer enquiry process through the website, a few days later I was giving a small store vouncher that can only use in store, but my purchase was through the app, and the credit voucher I was given will not be able to cover the same meal that I would like to order. How hard is to get a full refund back to my credit card? This is total disgrace for KFC.
waited 20 minutes to be served and after reading other reviews KFC you possibly need to lift your game starting with more staff. Will dine elsewhere in the centre from now on
I ordered 6 pieces boneless and only got 5 the staff exactly knew how many he picked.
So disappointed about this kfc in the first day of lockdown. Obviously it’s not busy by no meaning you will make this overcooked chicken or you recooked last days leftover?
We ordered a burger box that had 4 burgers and they only gave us 3. Poor service
Downgrading my original review, this has to be the worst managed KFC around, its like all the staff dont want to be there and customers are an annoyance. Original review Slow and the food isnt to standard unfortunately
Where to start. Absolutely horrible experience. Cold chips. Shrunk tenders. Too much salt. Zero freshness.
Honestly, wasn’t that bad, compared to other kfc it’s not good, but I enjoyed it, the wait was bearable, the chips where amazing, but with too much salt. Chicken is perfect for me, not too crunchy, not too soft. The lettuce was meh… Mayonnaise was just like any mayonnaise, while the bread was sweat, overall pretty good compared to home microwaved food.
