They get every order wrong . Customer happiness is not in there interest as is fixing any mistakes they make. There is no service except drive through as they don't let anyone into the restaurant. They also run out of alot of stock so has to be a management problem there. This picture is of a 10 piece tender box and I got 6 and a half.
Every single time I come through this kfc no matter what time of day it is they always get the order wrong. They never have any potato and gravy and or just gravy, zero signs up to say they don’t have any. I understand staffing issues and I’m happy to wait in line for the 30 minutes but when it’s a very simple order and it’s constantly wrong it gets very frustrating.
If you like terrible rude service, cold unseasoned chips and your order wrong every time this is the kfc for you. Everytime they'll surprise you with something new, like the walk in resturant doors locked 4 hours before they close, half the menu un available, being generally gross and unclean, and extremely badly prapared food. Definitely the worse fast food of any kind ive ever been to, avoid like the plague
I’ve been here a few times and found the food quality to be inconsistent. However on average it’s quite good. Staff are polite. This place can get quite busy in the drive thru.
I usually love kfc. But here I Ordered zinger box, not fully available, chicken were half cooked. Chips were burnt. Not recommended. Feels like wasting time and money.
Really poor service staff have to be more polite. On the day I went there I had to wait 45 minutes in drive through.Food: 5/5
They constantly run out of chicken and if you want to pay cash you have to enter the store. If you wish to pay with card you have to do drive thru. I have also had food poisoning. Not a fan.Food: 2/5
Made an order of two lots of 15 tenders with 4 super charged sauces in the drive though then when I went to the window they didn’t put my order though and asked me what sauces I wanted a second time. The staff are rude and honestly quite dumb they either need to be retrained or find an easier job
The single worst KFC in Australia. They didn't take EFTPOS for a few months as their machine was broken. Closed early at midday a few times as the lack of staff hit them hard. I have tried to buy fried chicken three times and never successfully bought fried chicken. Not good!
I placed a big order of two barrels 42 chicken pieces and 5 chips during peak lunch period. The staff did their best to make it happen and brought the order to my car with a smile . Well done to all in the team. Thank you.
