Witnessed a 2 fat ladies and their 2 daughters verbally abuse a staff member cleaning outside for no literally reason today. Absolutely disgusting. Feel horrible for what these young kids have to cop from customers.
I love KFC. This place doesn't meet the lowest possible standard. Go to another one instead or maccas or subway up the road.
Came through drive around dinner time tonight, chips were really cold and looked and tasted disgusting. Burnt oil, the rest of the food was just warm. Really lazy and poor efforts considering the amount of staff you had on. Bet your mum's are real proud pffft.
Came through drive through on the evening of the 10/09/2022 and the food was disgusting. Potato & Gravy extremely dry, chips were cold, nuggets and popcorn chicken tasted like rubber and was barely warm. The kids were very disappointed, and the young/tall male worker who prepped our food was useless. I don't typically attend Yarrawonga KFC and I won't be anytime soon on our travels through. No thanks
Chips were cold and overcooked. Place is overall dirty, food scraps all over the floor, outdoor tables filthy. Overheard staff saying there bored but plenty to do with cleaning the store. Service was slow.
3 times in a row, my order not completed correctly. Please directly supervise new employees. They are clearly struggling with the whole experience and need help! NO criticism of newbies, only the staffing levels needed to supervise. Not a fan of return visit!!!!!
Honestly I love this Place, It is a work of art. The food is imaculate, The service is amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming. Kid-friendliness: The Locals are very nice and will not harmless or attempt to steal any of your belongings.
The place was filthy. Dirty tables,food on the floor while there were 4 or 5 staff there which half were on their mobile phones doing nothing. Wouldnt recommend this KFCFood: 4/5
The store was filthy and not clean inside and out we had to eat out meals on dirty tables the staff were standing around doing nothing,one staff member collected some rubbish of the floor Inside and didnt bother cleaning the rest of the restaurant areas the staff weren't polite , as a visitor to the area its pretty disgusting I won't be back
