After waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes to be told there is a 35 minute wait on hot n spicy and original chicken. Also 8 minutes on fillets. How can this happen so often. Went elsewhere.
Great food as always with KFC even in Covid times very clean and tidy friendly staff well kept dinning area and toilets facilities. Easy access to for disabled wheelchair or walking. Keep up the good work team. I enjoyed it...
Fast service thru the drive-thru for being a Thursday night & school holidays. Cashier not a friendly attitude. Asked for a mountain dew for my drink and was told they DON'T SELL THAT DRINK ... but drink was in the fridge and when I asked her why her tone was not friendly at all. Food was fresh.
None of the Spicy chicken was crispy, the drumstick was half the normal size. I guess they don't care what they give to customers when driving through.
This store is always busy, meaning freshly cooked chicken. Be prepared to wait in line for drive-thru on a Friday & Saturday nights. More special salt on the chips wouldn't go a stray though.
A busy little time, seems a bit hit and miss with quality of food you get
No reflection on the service but it's just a once a year thing for me these days.
