Just embarrassing. Just got back after picking up a zinger box. Manager needs to have a chat with the staff. The "chicken" was actually broken off clumps of batter with a tiny bit of chicken within. The other boxes weren't too great either. The zinger burger patties were thin and stale. Felt like they just reheated this multiple times till it had this emaciated miserable look and taste. Definitely need more quality control. It's fast food so there are no lofty expectations, but this is just not done.
Seems every time I order they make mistakes. Missed drinks, less pieces of chicken and even completely the wrong order. Check your order before you leave! Seriously has to be the worst KFC in Australia! AVOID THIS KFC! Can you count 18 pieces in the picture? Food: 2/5
Could not manage to swallow more than one bite from the leathery zinger burger. I don’t even know how you get chicken into that state, but it’s not what I’d expect from KFC. Stay clear of this one!
Years ago this used to be a really good KFC. Was always reliable. Now it's not worth going to even if you're starving as you're just going to regret it. The new design of the shop also lets in too much sunlight making it uncomfortable to sit and eat.
Just as all the other negative reviews suggest, this is by far one of the dodgiest KFC's around. I thought my first two orders missing items were just an accident, but the third order I was given two small salads to replace a large one without telling me - it's much less salad. On the fourth, they gave me small pieces of chicken that normally is treated as half a piece by other stores in place of larger pieces. I don't think it's the staff, surely they can't all be in on this. Management seriously needs to pick up their act and stop five finger discounting each and every order. I'm happy with KFC in other stores I've been to, it is just beyond coincidence after a string of poor experiences and reading other people's exact same feedback
The local KFC is only getting worse as time goes by. I don’t know why I keep going there because I get nothing but disappointment every time I’m there. From missing items such as coleslaw or wicked wings. Then also having pieces missing to waiting 20+ mins to get my food. I’m normally tolerant of little mistakes or disappointment here and there but when they happen 80% of the time, I have no choice but to provide feedback. Looking forward to seeing this local restaurant closed for good to be honest.
End December: i said "never again" but relented because my father wanted some. Absolute garbage. Battered skin really dry and falling off - this chicken was re-cooked, not fresh. End November: Hopeless and awful. Only been there 3 times and every time there has been a problem. Never again. Overcooked dry chicken or undercooked and too pink. And today I got home to find only 2 pieces of chicken when I ordered and paid for 4 pieces. Can't they even count?
Worst and longest service ever! I’m all for having a good time at work, but they take it to the point of unprofessionalism and are horrendously unproductive. Singing, dancing, swearing and even screaming whilst preparing the food, that consequently takes an incredibly unreasonable amount of time to receive. After waiting your 30 minutes to get your food, you will he presented with a bag of food that is all wrong. Ultimately, I’m a young bloke that values an enjoyable workplace, but concord kfc are outright unprofessional with their overall conduct. I’ve given them many chances as it’s my local dirty chicken joint, but they’ve messed up far too many times to count.
It's really hard to find gluten-free food at KFC, but I can't help but love their chips - if only when heavily salted, since I can't eat their gravy anymore. This KFC saved my chips after being under salted at another store. Gotta love them for that, even if there was laughter.Food: 4/5
Would not recommend They had no gravy and potato, no mousse, no juices. There was no seasoning on the chips and they were old. They got a simple order wrong; Asked for a large popcorn chicken and got a zinger crunch Burger instead. The chicken in the crunch box was the size of an apricot. As was the dinner roll scrunched up, like someone had squashed it purposely Sad to say this, but a poor example of KFC, very disappointed
