Food were quite ok. The place need to be more cleaner as one of the staff were throwing food on the floor. Saw one of the staff sweeping the floor and were slacking while sweeping . When to the toilet to wash my hands and found the hand soap wasn’t hand soap but a hand sanitizer on the soap pump. . Receipt number was 623. 18/07/2022. 18:10
The limited edition "Hot and Crispy" arrived with a lot of pomp so got myself some. Unfortunately it was warm and soft, but that's what you get for going to KFC 30 minutes before they close. Anyway, 5 stars because it's KFC and no one does it like the colonel. Ratio of good to meh food I've had @ Dog Swamp is 80/20, which is pretty darn good. IYKYK. Kid-friendliness: It's KFC bro Parking: Located near a shopping centre with plenty of parking. Parking is available at the front of KFC as well.
Ordered Fillets dinner box 6 hot and spicy fillets and 2 sides, had to wait for 15 minutes, girls came out looking for the owner of 10 piece feed, she couldn't find anyone, told me fillet box was on way, 1 or 2 minutes later she returned with 'fillets' box...got home and it is 10 piece feed, unsatisfactory!
Wow really impressed with the service. So quick and accurately executed service for takeaway. Very polite as well. Not sure if she was the Manager, but whoever was working at the front at 5:40pm on 23 December is extremely competent. Well done!
This place is always so painful to deal with. It's extremely slow, even when you order on the App beforehand and do a pick up. Even slower if your request a delivery. I've tried a few times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. But I just cannot bare another visit. Really takes "Fast" out of Fastfood. The staff are really nice though. The place is clean. It's just extremely slow. It just isn't worth it for me anymore to try.
CHICKEN A CUSTOMER HAD TOUCHED WAS RETURNED TO THE WARMER. 8:05AM 13/12/22 Customer who had taken food away from the counter to a dining area had returned to the counter and said they had received too many wing pieces and could they be exchanged. The customer had opened the box and possibly touched the food to move and count it. The staff member then took the opened and touched box of chicken and and returned some of the wing pieced to the warmer with the other chicken to be served to other customers. At a minimum the food was touched repeatedly with bare hands by a person of unknown cleanliness and health. At worst it was potentially contaminated in some way.
Used to be good. Haven't had it in ages and ordered six pieces of chicken, got home there were only five pieces. Such a simple order to get wrong. The chicken tasted different, very little flavor and soggy. Really disappointed as this was my local for many years. The phone number doesn't work to let them know hence why I'm posting here.
The staff with blue jumper, a guy. Just ignore me at the counter. Straight away go to kitchen, like try to hiding and talk to other staff abt something unnecessary and just doing like he didn’t see at all. No any customer and I can see my order only in screen. Good service!
This KFC is so pathetic, the servers always rush to take your order in saying “Anything else?” Everytime you order an item through the drive thru. I always ask for the same thing in my burger and 95% of the time they get it wrong. Obviously it comes down to the poor management and customer service these days are not like it used to be. I’ve worked in fast food before and it’s really not that hard to get it right
After a tiring game, I went to get drinks for the whole gang through the drive through and the girl who handed me the drinks was very reluctant to listen and to answer. I ordered 8 drinks and as she was handing me 3 of the drinks I asked her for a cup holder to which she rudely asked me to take the drinks first. After she handed me the rest of the drinks, I asked her again for the cup holder. Then she told me there were non left and just closed the window. These things happen but wow…this experience was sth else and further more she shouldn’t have been working with food, especially with long pink nails. Sad to have gone through this, especially since it was close to home…will have to drive further from now on.
