I would love to give this place a higher rating as I frequent this place almost everyday. However I have noticed some of the workers like to complete the orders chronologically, rather the most efficient way. I usually just order a frozen raspberry drink and I have to wait almost thirty minutes because they are completing larger orders first! In my personal experience as an ex maccas employee, we are always taught to just do the smaller orders so people aren't made to wait. Apart from that, I must commend one of their workers by the name "COVID" who works extremely fast and efficiently, completing the orders super quickly and well. She brightens my day instantly and I hope she gets a rise.

I remember the original recipe burger chicken piece was alot thicker. Not sure if it's this store saving costs by cutting a piece into two, but the burger was not satisfying at all because the chicken was like the thickness of a schnitzel. Really disappointed.
I ordered original tenders, but the size is small as chicken nuggets!!! Very small! 4 original recipes but the size! Small and dry! Extremely disappointed!

This place must be the worst KFC. I went there 40min before they shut and that's it. You only can have soggy chips and cold food that is remaining from the day. If you want to order something else, they won't bother to cook that for you even when they have almost an hour left, no way they are too busy wrapping up for the day. You always needs to check twice if your order is complete. Poor service, but I guess they are just kids bored to be there. The manager probably doesn't care because it's always the same. And reading the reviews, I am not the only one who thinks like this.

the wait is always long, the popcorn chicken go bucket is always not filled properly, napkins always missing, the kids working just looked like they dont know what theyre doing or dont want to work there
Great experience, Got served by a young lady named Tia, she was the best cashier I have ever had, so helpful and kind. She definitely deserves a pay rise, would like to see her as a manager one day.
Ordered 1 maxi popcorn chicken. 10 mins later my order still was not made or called. I asked them what happened they didn't know. Then they made my order. I was literally standing with my two kids in front of them for over 10 mins, and a few mins of that there was almost nobody waiting and they didn't think to check.
