Experienced drive through staff needed. Current staff not taking proper order, mixing up orders, chicken is not as crisp as other KFC. I ordered 10 wicked wings but got 6 original pieces. I work in a hospitality business too and this place is terrific. Staff need serious training.

Really good service and clean. Environment well designed for both young and old

Ordered popcorn chicken and 3 pieces of chicken seperate to the combo meals. I asked for a thigh combination for the chicken pieces, and I got what I ordered. There's a car spot under a shady tree when u drive out of Brunswick St to eat ur food. Friendly staff and fast service!

I haven't seen such a mess in the fast food chain! The food was not fresh, and the staff chatted loudly.
