So on our way home from shopping, we decided to stop in a KFC Beldon. I don’t normally visit KFC, but today we fancied something quick and wanted chicken, I went in to the store as I wasn’t sure what to get, I asked the young lady at the counter to tell me what family meals they do, she wasn’t any help at all and I ended up having to step to one side and go on line and finding out what meals they do, and then going back in line and ordering. I think the staff at the KFC Beldon need to learn there products and help out there customers. The food was ok but serivce was poor. Maybe I’ll have to do more research next.

Went through drive thru just after 7pm last I ordered a large 3 piece feed. When I got home and opened the bag they shelved my piece of chicken into a large chips container and my chips was cold I never received my roll or my potato and gravy. I should of check the bag before I left the restaurant.

Worst experience at KFC Beldon. The chicken I got was not fresh and seems they cooked it hours ago and reheated/re-fry it and gave it to me. Oil was too much on the pieces. Pathetic quality was served and customer service was not good at all. Chicken was not crispy at all. Too much disappointment. Photos have been attached for reference. Never gonna go there again.

Just drove from Beldon to Ballajura and as I was driving realised they didn't give me a spoon to eat my large potato and gravy... Ok I'll eat the Zinger Burger  instead. I bit into it and it was cold... Oh yeah also they gave me  not 1 or 2 paper towels but 20... Lol.  Then when I got home the potato and gravy was cold so I ate half of it and threw it in the bin.

We bought the Giant feast. Food was served instantly through drive through, however was cold, the chips and chicken skin was soggy and the 1.25L drink was warm. Please do better.

My friends and I went to KFC on a Tuesday night at 9pm and had the BEST service from a young tall gentleman. which we wish we got his name to mention but just wanted to say he deserves a raise for his outstanding service!

Swung by to grab a late dinner at 9pm. Was a bunch of rowdy kids, which is sadly par for the course. What was shocking was them hopping in and swinging over the counter to grab stuff while staff laughed. And as a bonus, after waiting about 15 minutes for my order, they gave me the wrong sides.Food: 2/5

Cormac In the drive through is best worker in the store never fails to deliver a nice hot meal on time 10/10 service

Wouldn't allow me to walk in, sign on door saying no entry.  Did a online order so I wouldn't have to wait I  the drive through. Not happy with service, then gave me the wrong order,  I always check my order before I leave any take away.

3rd time in a row in 3-4 weeks. You don’t get what you order; Either they fill up with what ever they have or don’t follow the order.
