I received amazing customer service today at around 12pm from a young lady and young man in the Baldivis drive thru. Keep up the great service, it made my day and our meals were delicious and fresh. 10/10 thank you
Ordered delivery. Got a call an hour later just before the store closed saying they have run out of products to make our order. Told we would be receiving a refund, but next morning no refund or email. Poor form, had to follow up next day to action my refund, excellent customer service from Mackayla gives them one additional star.
I want to be appreciative of the fact these stores are effectively run by school aged children, however after having several experiences where pick up, instore and delivery orders are missing significant portions of the meals my patience is wearing thin. Surely for predetermined menu items it is not that hard to check the order is correct
Kfc is one of our families favourite meals. So many times coming too the baldivis store we are told they have no hot and spicy chicken, or is half an hr wait. I understand they get busy and get low on cooked food, but maybe they need to manage their time and preparation better. I don't really blame all the young staff but I think the management staff need to pick up their game...2 stars for kfc baldivis
I pursued a family feast half/half on Sunday the 8/1/23 around 4:30 pm at KFC Lemming. The chicken was extremely dry & not edible, if I hadn’t been so far away I would have gone back , this happens far to often. . I won’t be buying kfc again. Iam done .

Been here twice in the last week only to be told that they are out of chicken fillets because they have new fryers and are “learning to use them properly.” Very frustrating when they tell you this at the window after you have ordered! However, food is usually amazing.
We went through the KFC drive through tonight, there was no other cars we were the only ones in the drive through. We were served quick enough but we sat at the delivery window for a good 10/15 mins. In that time we could see through the window, three workers were standing, talking the whole time not doing anything. Then one of the team members went on her phone. When we finally received the food, all the burgers had not been properly rapped and we're all over the place. You are there to work not hang out with your friends, pls be mindful of the food you are serving and remember we can see into the window.
Worst KFC meal. The chicken was floating in grease. The chips were completely dried out. There's no excuse for serving up rubbish like this as I was the only customer.
Are you kidding me? My three piece chicken you give me this I was speechless, there were not many people today.
