Food was 20 min late. Ordered 6 x tenders and paid $3 extra for it. Got original recipie chicken x 6 pieces. Food was luke warm. Last time i go there.. 3 strikes your out. always get ny order wrong!!!Food: 1/5

Pretty standard KFC. Clearly suffering with staff shortages, or at least not employing enough staff.  Forget using the drive thru, badly laid out entrance causing conflict with motorists and a ridiculously long wait.  Counter service much quicker.

I don't know what it is but just didn't taste like the one at home maybe it's the chicken or not crispy enough

Portions better than those I've experienced at other KFCs in the last 18 months.. tho still not apparently from full size chickens. Oddly not as tender as I remember also. The queue at the drive-thru can get spectacular but they handle everyone as swiftly as they can with smiles & tolerance. Suggest getting in before the dinner hour.

Ordered one of the giant chicken feasts, instead of 18 pieces of chicken I only got 15 and no sauces. not friendly crew vary disappointing.

Dinner was outstanding. And manager made sure everything was correct. Especially my extra salt for my chips. 5 stars

Forever packed out with cars lining up on the highway blocking traffic. You'd be lucky to get a feed here or if you have good patience. Smallest possible place to put a takeaway shop other than mcdonalds.

Only place which I found safe to order and pick-up from the drive through at wee hours in Alice. Driveway is narrow but everything else is spot on. Toilets are locked and manager can provide you remote access. Ample parking for dine in customers and not too far from city centre. Enjoy your fried chicken !

Located in the city corner of stott terrace/Todd street this store is pretty good for a quick bite. The service was quick, quite a few parking spots are available inside the premises.

First time using online order. Would appreciate being able to say preference of leg/wing etc. No napkins provided only for boxes. Chips were limp. Am sure this does work well for many. Look forward to trying this elsewhere as only passing through. Great idea though.
