Place is dirty, they haven't cleaned the tables or empty the bins, food was off and the buns were hard do not come to this place, one of the workers are very rude
We sat in line for ages tonight for dinner. Received our order and everyone’s food was boiling hot besides my chicken sliders - this is the second time that’s happened with my sliders and I won’t eat chicken that you can clearly tell has been sitting around for a period of time - so it gets thrown out. No excuse. Do better. I won’t order again.
I just ordered a zinger box meal and an extra wrap for dinner tonight and ended up with food poisoning not the way I wanted to start my weekend with food poisoning! Should really have a better service of serving foof and making sure its fresh not off and god knows what else can honestly say never will be buying from here again Parking: Should include more parking spots or waiting bays
The chicken is now better than before. But the service is slow and they need to get their money sorted out. You can't give people change in 20cent pieces. Pakenham KFC really need to get their shop in order.Food: 4/5
15 minute wait for food because of so many food delivery orders being done. No drinks left only Pepsi Max. No water or anything. Looked understaffed, staff seemed stressed although doing there best. Ordered pop corn chicken it was over cooked and very dry. . Not a good experience today.
Waited 1 hour 15 minutes for a Zinger Box. Just handed me my cold food without even apologising for the wait. Order was missing a burger which they substituted for a wrap instead, and didn’t even tell me. The store ran out of burgers, wings, hot n spicy, frozen drinks, and bottled drinks all of which I paid for and never received. Fair enough if this was at closing time, but all this was at 7:30pm. Store was full of grumpy customers and families with kids. Staff did not care and did not even seem to be trying at all. No communication whatsoever. Will not be going back to this store.
Over the past 5 years going here I've had plenty of bad experiances ,it is quite poor as a kfc, missing items continualy occure, you better check everthing before you go very painful, tiny chickens burnt dried out all of the time, no potatoe and gravy at times because they didn't have time to make it. Why do I keep coming back, I don't know maybe I'm stupid or over patient, hoping it will change someday , but it hasn't.
I will never go to this store again ... ever. The second last time I went there the chicken was burnt and cold at the same time. They charged me for what I ordered but gave me less than what I paid for. I didn't get the sauces that were part of the order either.And they never give you napkins or wet wipes anymore ... unless you specifically ask for them. I lodged a complaint on the website and only got a $10 voucher which was worth less than the missing chicken, and didn't come close to making up for the poor quality of the entire meal. The last time I went to this store I tried to redeem the $10 voucher from my last poor experience, which was only valid for one month. But the eft was broken and I could only order from the touch screens. So I never got to claim my $10 and the chicken was still burnt and cold.
So bad. The place was FILTHY! Bins overflowing, food all over the floors, both in the dining room and behind the counter. Staff were rude and confrontational when they saw me taking photos. Clean the chicken off the floor and there would be no need for photos! Someone even stormed out to question me while i was eating with my son. The oil they were using was old and the tenders tasted like carbon. We could see fryer crust on our chips. There was rubbish all over the dining room floor and tables. Overall so, so bad!!
Will not be ordering from this store again. They have been bad in the past but we give people a fair go. The chicken was so over cooked, it was almost black on the outside & the fibers inside has split. Firstly, who was the cook who decided they were OK? Secondly, who was the person who dished them up thinking they were OK? Who is the manager who let this occur? I wish you good luck for the future. I think you need it.
