WORST KFC EVER! We ordered 2 Zinger Crunch burgers, and got these instead. One had a weird pepper mayo on it... what?!! Other was only chips, chicken and cheese. No sauce, no nothing else. Store doesn't care and have literally stollen our money without remorse. They don't care at all, the staff or the managers. They all deserve to be fired immediately.

This KFC is absolutely amazing! I have been here multiple times and although they are always BUSY eveytime i order, its correct & it’s delicious. I haven’t had a bad meal from here. I wanted to wait for 10 Visits and not one has faulted. Do not go to Watton street KFC just go here. Keep it up TEAM WYNDHAM!

Ordered online, was asked to wait out front. Waited 10 mins. Young lady brings out the additional slider I ordered. Went inside and waited inside another 5 minutes. Only to get home and find this was my burger. I know that times are tough but getting half a peice of chicken is just insulting given the price and the wait. The manager told the girl to give me an extra chips for the wait, nice but I would have preferred a full burger...... like I paid for.

This KFC has amazing greasy hot fresh chicken and borgie_xtra cooked new fresh chips and he is very friendly 21/5/2022 My latest KFC meal was horrible, the potato and gravy lid was not put on properly so it spilled all over the meal and the chips were soggy, the only thing that was good was the chicken because it was in it's own bucket not affected by the gravy. 1/6/2022 My KFC was missing 3 chicken tenders so i rang up and complained and got 2 free large chips and a drink, Amazing manager.

UPDATE - went back. Nice to know they look after their toilets - Tells me half their menu not available due to nearly closing?? 45 minutes nearly closing? I wanted 6 wings but they could only do 3, so they have me the 3 wings but I should have known they were probably sitting there for an hour… gross. If u can’t serve your customers the menu we see online then DONT STAY OPEN. Close your service earlier rather than staying open in hopes someone buys ya left overs for the night.

Good store. Friendly staff. A bit of a wait on the original recipe chicken, but it was late on a Sunday night. Easy to get to. Big area for parking. Ordered a 3 piece feed and some wicked wings. All quite good. Drive through available, the Uber driver just wasn’t so keen and dropped us off.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would have. There is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. Saturday night, nobody over the age of 18, all with no real sense of urgency or real desire to even be there. Hygiene needs to be addressed. One kid sticking his fingers inside the chip box to close the box. Glad they weren't my chips

The food is mostly dry or rubbery and uneatable. My boys eat this every week and I have to always ask for it to be cooked fresh as they only eat popcorn chicken and chips. The managers are rude and so are most of the staffFood: 1/5

Absolutely worst KFC ever, ordered at 7:17 and waited 40 minutes for the food, staff pushed the food across the counter and didn't even apologise for the wait. Food was cold and chips were soggy. Terrible customer service and lower than low food quality.

Most Terrible service I have ever received at KFC. My dad warned me and said it jad a really bad rep. I didn't believe him as I thought how bad could it be being a KFC. Well, I arrived to get my app order and when I got home the chips and sauce was not there. Not having enough to feed the family I rang and told them my order was missing those things. I drove back and aited a good 5 mins plus for the server in front to finish her very obviously social conversation, gave my app order number again and filled them in on the phone convo and missing items. They had no idea what was going on. The lady at the next window waved us down and very rudely thrust a bag into my hands. Pretty annoyed by this time I took the bag and got home again with some random stuff that wasn't my order but at least I had enough to feed my family this time. I'm guessing it was someone else's order who has also been stuffed up. Avoid this KFC and go to Manor Lakes down the road, they have so much better staff. If KFC wpukd like to find out who crucified the order. Its App order #1124
