Service is good. But they didn't give me my drink i ordered box meal. Staffs uniform are quite dirty as well as the area where the fries is located. I don't know if its cleaned or its always like that.
I think it might be an idea to train staff how to cancel orders on Uber eats. While also educating that prices are higher on the app so the room for error is less. $35 we paid for a zinger box and two pepper Mayo sliders. Or should I say $35 for a zinger burger, some salty chips, 3 nuggets and a tender. Luckily they chucked in the bucket of disappointment for free. I think everyone would prefer a cancelled order with a refund then paying for the finger lickin good sense of being ripped off.
Fast food is what it is. Can always find better specials on the application along with normal menu board. Seem to have a staff member 2 on a break the whole time I was there having a smoke and being on their phone outside the store. Not a good look.
I visit the store often. The chicken used to be fresh and good. However, a week ago when I got the chicken from the drive through, I got very bad chicken wings. It looked like they had been fried twice. The chicken coating seemed almost burnt. Since I had been getting better food before, I thought it was once in a blue moon. But, again same thing happened today. The chicken I got today was so bad that I had runs. And the chips were mussy and nothing tasted good.
Awful. Customer service and girl working at the front was so dumb that even cant greet customers and boy named Isac served me which I appreciate that but no one wants to see such a dumb and unappreciative service that the girl in the front was doin. Came by 2pm to order a twister meal. And will never come here. @Manager please look after as its not that ur serving the customers for free n giving away food. Manners make a lot of difference called her twice n ignored me after seeing me.
ongoing issues with missing items. every time we order anything in the drive through or through the app to collect at Fyshwick - items are missing. their phone is also not working, when you try and get in touch to try and get a refund for all the missing items .... please just train your staff ....
We arrived quite late as they were closing in about 10 minutes. However the young lads were more than happy to satisfy our requirements. They were polite, they displayed great attitudes and overall were very accommodating with their service towards us. Thanx Tony
Worst Kfc I’ve ever eaten tasted like it had been warmed up from the day before, dirty joint as well tables looked like inside of porta loo, young bloke behind the counter was like talking to a robot as well. Place needs a revamp! I give you’s 1 more chance otherwise I’m sticking with uncle Ronald.
Place was slightly dirty, front counter had spilt soft drink over it. Asked for a zinger box and got something completely different. Customer service needed to be better.Food: 2/5
Had quite a bad experience with this KFC. Ordered hot rods and 6 wicked wings instead got 4 drumsticks instead of wings. The food delivered as poor and cold. The store is dirty as the tables weren’t cleaned hence had to clean up to have the food.
