Definitely an off night for them. Ordered food for delivery, two meal packs. One missed the coleslaw. The other one was meant to contain two pieces of hot and spicy boneless chicken, what we got was three pieces of regular fried chicken on the bone. Not what you wanted to experience as you bite into it. We did order shortly before closing time and that might have had an influence. Overall, I believe it to be very little concern for customer satisfaction.
made an order at 6:20pm. The guy who took our order was amazingly efficient and effective. Took the order so smoothly and speedily I wanted to tip him but didn't have cash on me. Also the others in the crew who were filling my order ensured a small small and harmless mistake was fixed quickly. Great service!
Sometimes they run out of chicken … not joking…. BUT The guys that work there are consistently warm, friendly and charming, sociable, legends and they make it a pleasure to go through the drive-through .. even if you end up feasting on a dinner of three frozen Pepsi’s and a mash and gravy tub because they’re out of chicken. Also, they fully encourage and support all kinds of Finger Licking ….? so it’s nice to just park in the car park in lick my fingers while staring other people for a little bit too long… and you feel safe because it’s ALWAYS finger licking good at KFC and no one can rain on that parade! Kid-friendliness: below the knee Parking: it's for cars and standard vehicles, you can't park your stinky hippie van there and live there eating KFC for 3x meals a day... Because apparently Freedom...ain't free
Super cute KFC. Parking space is limited. Check your orders before driving out. The staff is super helpful, not sure about the management. We ordered and paid for 3 chicken pieces. Ended up with 2 pieces and a wing. Asked the senior person. Got a very bored response. Left without a hassle but disappointing. The amount of food this franchise orders, cooks and sells throughout the day, makes no sense to control your pieces my friend. Will definitely return. Love KFC. Can't take that away.
It was the best KFC I've had in a very long time! Chicken was super succulent, wasn't dry. Chips had a perfect amount of salt on them! Im lucky that I bought 2 giant feast meals as everyone was definitely happy about it.

On a rare occasion out we walked in on a Friday night. Was told they were fully booked and to come back at 8pm. Over half the tables were empty. Very disappointed and left. Walked past on our way back home an hour later, lots of tables still empty. Had such a great experience last time, it was a big let down this time . Wont be back.
Fast food quality as to be expected but long wait times both drive through and in store collection are terrible. Never appears to be a sense of urgency for the team. Park on street, easier to navigate then the stores restrictive parking lot. Close to bus stationFood: 5/5
The person taking our order through the drive thru was unable to complete our order as she wasn't sure of what was on their menu.. yet the menu was right behind her.. so had to get a manager to help her finish taking the order... Upon getting home, found out that our order we received was completely wrong... Tried calling the store and no answer!
I rarely come to this place these days, but when I do, the order is always wrong. Just ordered a zinger box in drive-thru... got home, opened the box and there are no wicked wings. Zero. Seriously, how hard is it to work at KFC?
