Didn't know about the order had to ask for a drink that I had paid for and trying to charge again? Also when ordering potato and gravy with the order no spoon or serviette? Fingers come in useful.
I’ve been going to this KFC in Burnley for 5 years and they have been nothing but great customer service and give you what you request for. I usually go drive through and they always try to be as fast as they can. Keep up with the excellent customer service guys!
Experience staff, nice fast food service.
A KFC with convenient drive thru and a good dining area. There's enough parking for a quick snack or long chat with friends.
Is it fast food or slow food, staff sleeping with their eyes open. Order was wrong when they finally bought it to the counter. Staff looking empty bags with no objective. Food was sloppy with way to much sause in sliders and soggy chips. Seriously would love a response from a senior manager. Poorest store I've ever been too.
