Whilst the food was nice the place left a lot to be desired. It was not busy and crowded and most tables were empty but they were dirty. The floor were a serious safety hazard as they too were covered in food. We waited for an elderly couple to leave so that we could have their seats as it was the only clean table in the whole place. Very disappointing.
The worst. Wanted burgers, they had no buns. Second choice was chicken pieces, but no, no pieces available either. Sides? Horrible! Chips were soggy and no seasoning so soggy and tasteless. EPIC FAIL. It will not surprise me if KFC is out of business soon! Next time I will go to Oporto
Can’t get an order correct. Asked for original and got zinger. Asked for tenders and got 2 pieces of chicken. Not the first time they have messed up my order so sick of it never returning.
the staff were very rude, the food was disgusting as well as being incorrect, the staff were grabbing raw food items with their bare hands, the floors were covered in food and rubbish and looked absolutely horrendous as well as the chairs and tables were sticky and gross. if i could give it less then one star, i would.
Disgusting experience. Ordered online. Paid for the meal. Waited 20 minutes for a frozen drink and 2 sliders while they served 40 cars going through the drive through instead. Pathetic customer service, we'll avoid KFCs in the future to go to McDonald's instead. The manager on duty was Tory Torie? No name tags of course!
Chicken dinner Sunday night. I go to KFC 6.00pm Sunday night. Sorry sir, we have no chicken. You're kidding, right. No sir, we have no chicken. Why are you open? Um, I don't know.
Got my order correct first time. Everything fresh. Laughed though when bloke in StGeorge Dragons pyjamas came in after getting wrong drive thru order. Then his girl came in wearing her pyjamas! Must have thought they were safe in their vehicle. Customers had a little chuckle when they left.
Absolutely shocking customer service given wrong items and overall a bad dining experience will not be coming back
