Absolutely worst branch I’ve ever seen. Always needs to check your order cos it’s always wrong. In COVID 19 days was the only branch I saw working without gloves. Unfortunately the only branch close to my workplace but for normal days, best is choose another one.
Got 5 out of 15 hairy tenders last drive thru. Otherwise generally well kept and staff are kind. Get their 'Make a bucket' using the app'n load up on tenders or max out on wings, best deals.
Very upset with the service today. Ordered Cheap as chips, only receive 7 chicken instead of 8 and they forgot to put in 2 dipping sauce. The chicken are burnt as well. Overall very bad experience.
Didn't receive our whole order, given only small wings as our pieces of chicken??? that were dry. They need to train their staff properly. How do you feed your family a treat meal, without enough food ? Especially at this time when we are asked to go out and support local businesses.

Good food, just a little bit of a wait
New Year's Eve 9.45pm ran out of all Chicken and tenders. The only food they had to offer were nuggets, popcorn chicken and chips. Pathetic effort for New Years Eve.
The lettuce was fresh. And the chicken tender burger was nice and hot.
Very bad experience on my visit two weeks ago. The food is so much worst than the kfc on greenhill road. Also it is the dirtiest kfc I've ever seen, and when one of the staff was wiping down the tables she even swiped the food scraps onto my feet… very careless
