Shocking service... Took a long time....two large chips look like two small serves half eaten!!! And I do not remember the chicken being so salty..very disappointed.. my occasional curiosity has been satisfied... I Will not be going back ... KFC anyone? NO Thanks!Food: 2/5
Found the toilets a mess. Urinal in the men's was blocked and had been for some time. Lady's toilet as reported back by the wife were disgusting. I chatted to the manager who was packing fries without gloves and he said he would attend to it. The venue lacked cleanliness and the tables and couch seating hadn't been wiped down. Food was good though, fresh and juicy. Young lady who served us was friendly and happy. Drive they is the way to go, that way you will enjoy the meal. Parking: Easy parking as you come off Canningto Highway. Easy for the drive thru. Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance one doorway, no problem there.
Used the drive thru, service was ok it was a busy lunch time period. Had to ask for my drink at the last window, it was ready and just sitting there but wasn't handed over with the rest of my order. I don't expect much better from KFC, they're service is kind of consistent across all branches.Food: 4/5
Ordering on the app was our first mistake. Ordering on a Friday night was the second. Staff need to call out order numbers, not name. Didn't get one thing we actually ordered, just someone elses order. =/Food: 3/5
There's better KFCs - we picked up takeaway and the lid was off potatoe and gravy when we got the food and it spilt everywhere.. they swapped out the hot and spicy chicken for wicked wings without telling us either : It'll still hit the spot if you're craving KFC though.
Was very unhappy with the management of this store. I did have to go back to the counter for wrong and missing items. My son who has a sever wheat and soy allergy and needed to be taken to the ED after touching products containing these items in a meal that was specially prepared for him. Allergies are extremely dangerous and need to be handled exactly by the book, cutting corners could just cut a life short. I do not blame anyone at the store for this incident. Overall tho - the staff are friendly except the young lady sat there on her phone looked up at me then proceeded to indulge in screen time over Doing the job she was being paid to do.
Only eat here if you feel like being served by someone who hates their job and hates you for making them actually work for their money… be warned they are not going to work too hard so you will without a doubt get home and realise you have been ripped off and don’t have most of your order.. that same staff member is probably eating your cold chips and dry chicken…..don’t ever, ever expect to get the sauces no matter what you order… the only guarantee is that you will be totally disappointed.

Quality of food is inconsistent, chips are soggy and undercooked even if you ask for crispy one because of KFC one thing fits all, stuff are not friendly some of them are actually rude. I’ve been living next door to the store and for convenience have been regularly buying from there I don’t recall other hearing the word please when told to drive forward or to pay it’s like a condition of employment at KFCB done, dull, rude and unhelpful
A lot of inexperienced staff. Worst ever KFC shop. Undercooked and overcooked chicken.
