The flour was extremely thick on the zinger and didn't cook properly. Also this was the wrong burger i ordered and ended up getting sick from it throwing up. Flour needs to be sifted more regularly between every cycle of cooking. Better observational surveys of the kitchen inspection would be recommended.
We go there about once a month. They NEVER fulfil a complete order but tonight they did NOT give me $16 worth of food and drinks from a $41 order. Pathetic. I obviously went back. But I am done. Never again. Completely over them not being able to put in the bag what we PAY FOR.

This KFC is one of the best locations in Brisbane overall in my experience, staff always goes above and beyond and always compensates well if something is missing or out of stock. Special shoutout to Brett who I talked to over the phone who is a straight up legend.
This KFC is the best in Queensland I go there when in Brisbane for work i just visited there on Tuesday around 9.30pm they cooked me fresh chicken even thow they close at 10pm the staff are always fantastic...its a credit too there store manager you have to go there...I live on the goldcoast I even drive 55 mins to get my kfc there...I always use the drive thru...and order the same meal 3 peice dinner large with a frozen mountdue And order special no wing no leg they get it right everytime...iv been visiting this store for 12months since moving from Melbourne to goldcoast.... Keep up the wonderful service food kfc see you again ....soon...thankyou One very very happy coustmer... You must go there people...

The kfc wasn't the greatest,the service I got from the kid that served me had some attitude. I spoke to the manager about the state of the toilets and nothing was done about it. This was at 11.30am on Sunday morning mind you. I love kfc but maccas just has the better standards about most things mentioned.
Every time we order hot and spicy chicken from this Kelvin grove branch , they hide small chicken pieces under and fool the customers. Making money by bluffing customers . Such a bad brach. Not ordering from here again
Ordered Uber eats and my fries were missing, simple mistake wasn’t too fussed but tried to contact the store to resolve the issue only to find out they don’t answer the phone at all
