Absolutely ridiculous! The first 4 times they’ve run out of chicken we just ignored it thinking they had a bad day. This is an ongoing issue with this store. Always stopped cooking way too early with line ups of people being offered no chicken for burgers. Nuggets and popcorn chicken the only option. No discount we are still paying full price for meals that aren’t even complete. The amount of times we’ve had to check our order and paid a decent amount for sauces that don’t end up with our order if we ever get our actual order adds up too. How this store continues to run this way without managers being held accountable has got me wondering what is going on. The last time this happened everything was shut down before 9pm with the staff being blamed for turning off the ovens. We are done with this store.
I've gone through drive through here many times. I've rarely had any complications. Of course, there's the usual, "Oh, the chips are soggy." But that is the extent of my complaints, so well deserved 5 stars. Just be careful. On some nights, they are ridiculously busy. So be prepared to wait for dinner. Also, not deducting a star for this because it's not their fault.
I ordered 5 boxes of chicken x4 original and x1 hot and spicy. They gave me x1 original x4spicy had to ask for the other 3 boxes only to get home and find that they gave me 4 boxes of spicy and 1 original. Services was so slow they looked at the screen more than 30times and stood there doing very little, like they were confused. Had to ha back and get it exchanged they told me they would replace the x4 then they said they would just replace 1 ‍ but ended up giving me 4. Such a muck around.
Really disappointed, we paid online , go to pick it up, and they have our order away . We ended with a rushed replacement, that we didn't get half our order, no gravy, no hot n spicy chicken, and no nuggets . Literally we order and paid online for pick up 2 x giant feast half hot n spicy and original, we got told the order was ready to collect via my app, and we were disappointed to say the least , it wasn't ready . And when we took it home missing so much , I wanted to take it back , but I had hungry kiddies who returned home from movie world with our visitors from NZ , hungry and tired. Not great moment guys... We ended up going to get fish n chips for the adults .. but first time in 24 years I've never had that bad of service happen . Embarrassing.
They ran out of chicken for burgers. There was a girl that said that she had been waiting for 30 minutes and the manager did nothing to make her order faster. Just a failure of a fast food restaurant tonight
Went through the Drive-thru to get some lunch. Grabbed a colonels lunch and a Mountain dew slushie. Fast and reliable service, fiod was great, Chios were hit and chicken was moist.Food: 4/5
Tried to contact restaurant multiple times after stuffing up a $50 door dash order. Only gave us half full chips and popcorn. No sauce in bag and forgot to change the burgers and wraps to what we wanted. Would not recommend!!
Went there tonight asked for extra dinner rolls and an extra reg cole saw the lady in the turban who served me seemed lazy and yelled out to another worker to give me cole saw instead of doing it herself This is my thirst time being at kfc Marsden and every single time I’m missing something or getting the wrong order something needs to be addressed to these lazy workers would hate to travel to another suburb just to make sure I get the right order
Every time I come here they get my order wrong they never put extra salt when asked or extra sauce! There chips are always old and soggy and you don’t even get what you pay for I got a regular meal and only 10 chips what the hell is that. The workers are rude and slow and can’t take constructive criticism for a multi billion $ company you guys are sure stingy. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never go here
I ordered a family feast tonight and this is what our dinner rolls looked like when I opened the box. Never again will I order anything from the Marsden store ever again. We don't spend good money for food to arrive looking like it was mutilated all because someone was having a bad day.
