Awful experience! Very slow and clearly understaffed, 3 items missing from order and..... found pink chicken a little too late. We were very sick. Tired of complaining online so leaving a review instead, appalling service and food quality. Get more staff so you don't rush and give people undercooked chicken!!!! Never coming back. Rather have 2 minute noodles when pushed for time!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Piss poor service, would have to be the slowest restaurant in the country when it comes to serving customers. Today 6 October, no dedicated person serving customers, cue of customers out the door, customers in front of me have been waiting nearly 30 minutes just to get to the counter. While waiting three people have already walked out disgust of the service.
Normally when I go here the customer service is allright. I normally hate making bad reviews but lately the customer service has been horrible. very rude, also Asked for extra seasoning on the Chips got zero seasoning. Like kfc chips are good because of there seasoning.
Chicken was dry and 48 of the 49 herbs and spices were missing. Great lack of taste.nColeslaw watery.
Food was ok. Service was absolutely atrocious, we asked for a coke and one lift and we received two cokes and when asking team member Haley to replace it we got a massive sigh and no reply and the burgers we got were just thrown together. They couldn’t even manage to wrap them properly, do better KFC feilding cmon.
