I have never had an issue with this kfc i get what i order no complaints . I have been a couple more times and have decided not to return here as the chicken does not taste like the original pieces of chicken.

KFC at Westfield St Lukes was busy - Saturday afternoon and we went at 1300hrs and the new promotion for hot and spicy chicken was out - so the wait was understandable. We were asked to come back in 10 minutes after placing our orders so that we did not have to wait at the counter for our food. Nothing spectacular about the the food here - standard fare for KFC but a thumbs up to understanding staff who were happy to swap out fries for coleslaw.

Found a piece of plastic in my burger, it was gross. Waste of time / waste of money. They should hire real people instead of monkeys.

25 APR 2017 13:54 served by 10046 addisale as printed on the receipt. Ordered 3 snack lunches for three grown adults on ANZAC Day. I understand KFC staff have the freedom to provide mixed chicken portions to any customer, however getting 3 ridiculously small drumsticks DID seem unreasonable and deliberate to me. I demand my money back. What an IRONY the staff are protesting for their living wages but at the same time are delivering petty meal portion size. Hope this is simply a one-off incident!!! This is deemed a rip-off to any customer. WILL NEVER EVER return, PERIOD.
