Friendly customer service, food was soooo good. Food was so fresh and chickens were tender & juicy with a crispy coat not the soggy ones with lots of oil dripping off it. Chips were fresh and crispy and even the burgers were made with love. Down fall was that the dinning area was dirty. Rubbish was everywhere, table's had not been cleared or wiped, floors looked dirty and even the bathrooms weren't cleaned.
Came through the drive through about a week or two ago. The bro at the driver through with the tattoo on his right arm, sorry forgot to get his name. Gave excellent customer service even though we were having issues with the app. The food was nice hot and fresh off the stove. Was the most spiciest and hottest Zinger burger meal I have had in a while. My local KFC I think just puts a normal chicken patty in hahah.

Service fast and friendly. Only thing is it's like an icebox inside. Ok for summer but not winter. Tables need to be cleaned. In fairness it was steady but we were in a gap moment. They looked well staffed.
Absolutely hated it the staff were pleasant and kind to me. Their store was suspiciously clean although they’re always busy… The food tasted amazing but I still didn’t like it because it had effort in it being made. The chips were fresh and I don’t like that I only eat soggy and dry food. They never have any car parks because the staff takes all of them, like why can’t they just walk 50 minutes to work? Love Fiky
The dine in service is slow. Priority seems to be given to the drive through as, during the multiple times I have come in, it has taken 5-10 minutes just to be served. Once served, it gets prepared in a good time frame and the food quality had been good. I have eaten KFC across the world and the dine in service time has been the the worst. And of course, Tokoroa is where I live. If this issue could be resolved, your store would level up I reckon. #5StarBaby!
Never have I waited so long for fast food unbelievably slow. 20 minutes at least and that's counter service. Also the smaller bits for chicken were extremely dry.
