What a pleasant change to other KFC stores. Was served by Audrey who was extremely charming. She allowed me to place my order with no interpretations. The food was hot and fresh. I did ask for a zinger meal and did receive a original fillet instead however the quality of the food for fast food was brilliant. All staff were well presented, and you could tell they take pride in their work. Well done. Head office can you please send these staff members to the carrum downs store to show them how it's done. Please.
This review is for gorgeous Lucy~ if I could give her a 100 ‘s, then I would ~ We usually see her at the drive-thru window during weekend evenings, and every time she’s greeted us with a smile. Her service skills are top class with great work ethics and I want to commend her for working at a young age instead of bludging around ~ Keep it up Lucy and I just adore your porcelain skin too!!
are you serious?.. other KFC branch's wicked wings are bigger!! Disappointing..
Don't go inside all ways use the drive through, I waited over 15 Minutes for my order.nExtremely poor service.nWhen I asked what the delay was the server said there was lots of take away orders ahead of mine.nThe manager finally completed my order, after completing about two wait time.nFood quality was poor, the burgers were not hot barely warm at best.nNot ay all happy with the enthusiasm from the staff.
Drive thru was organised and quick. Staff always polite.
