Been to more than 3 countries and tried KFC.nWorst KFC experience ever............n1. Service - Didn't provide any receipts. Also no drink was provided with order. Had to go again to kiosk to ask for my own drink.n2. Food - Feels like the food was in kitchen for 2/3 hours and just microwaved it for our order. 0 Crispiness whatsoever. Just soggy.nnNot recommended at all.
Ordered though the app and delivered by Doordash.nArrived cold and bag was unsealed and torn, Complained and enquired for a refund but they only agreed to refund 25%. Felt disrespected.nNot gonna order anymore as no guarantee to be refund if unsatisfied in the future..
Visited here recently, the staff were very quick and the food was good. Just beware the drive through is very tight around the bends if you have a big car.
I wish I had an option to give zero star..! Bruhhh what is wrong with the crew? Do they even check before packing an item? I literally got the bun/bread tag inside my burger.. and I have specifically told no lettuce.. can’t u even follow it? is this how u serve food? And the chips is too salty.! I couldn’t even eat them.!! I’m never coming back again.nWorst ever experience..
It’s KFC and you get fried etc chicken and , if you like, mashed potato and gravy, popcorn chicken, and a range of cold drinks. What’s not to like if this is what you are after. That’s what we had this evening and everyone was happy and satisfied. It’s good, quick and relatively cheap for a fast food treat.
