I ordered a family feast tonight around 8pm. When I got my order, 2 boxes of the chips scattered in the bag so I ask the staff to repack the chips they look at the bag and laugh seeing how it is inside, and I left. When I checked my order large mashed potato and gravy is missing. I rang them to let them know that they forgot to give me the Large mashed potato gravy and the woman in the line is very sarcastic. and telling me what she goona do about it instead of asking apologise. And told me next time when I order something checked everything whats in the bag. The chicken size they served is very small like the size of a small wicked wings. Very disappointing. I well never go back to buy in this shop again.
Somehow worse than rural KFC like Leongatha.nOrdered hot n spicy but got oily luke warm regular chicken, the chips were soggy and barely cooked and the burger looked like they just threw the makings in the wrapper and called it done. This store needs a new manager.
I ordered a footy feast delivered today. Popcorn chicken was missing, out of 6 pieces I received 4 wings and a leg. 3 pieces had no skin or seasoning were dried out. I would love to say this is the first time it’s happened but there are issues almost every single time we order delivery from here.
Extremely slow service. Extremely messy dining area. Staff standing around not a good look. Dining area full of people sitting around waiting for their food. To top it off, my order was incorrect, and certainly not in my favour. I was not willing to wait another 20 minutes to have my order corrected. Learn from my experience and enjoy some of the local options.
The place smelt like urine when I walked in, it was very strong and absolutely gross. Something was clearly going on back behind the counter as the young staff had zero direction and didn’t even know I was standing there to be served until they gave the people in front of me their food. Didn’t see a manager in sight which I think would have made a big difference in helping to drive the young staff members.The eftpos wasn’t working through drive through which was fine because that’s an issue.nThe floor was absolutely disgusting. These floors definitely did not become like this within a day! It’s a shame as this restaurant was only just renovated.nJust want to add that the staff members were actually really good and they were definitely trying just no other members of management or team leaders around.
