You know what you’re getting from KFC regarding the food although the original chicken was overcooked. But the actual dining area and men’s toilets are putrid. Seriously in need of a clean, management should be ashamed of themselves! YUK!!!! nnTables not cleaned for the duration of our time eating dinner, 3 wet floor signs out without a drop of water on the floors anywhere, entrance flooring a disgrace….nnEasily my worst KFC experience!
Shocking .. drove through and the mess that was on the floor & on the benches was terrible..and to say they were busy !!! Sitting around talking .. not only that the chips weren’t cooked they were soggy!! Chicken was dry !! The only good thing was bottle of Pepsi max .. WHERE’S MANAGMENT … probably in the office on FB … 1 and they don’t deserve that .. so pissed off
I ordered a family feast tonight around 8pm. When I got my order, 2 boxes of the chips scattered in the bag so I ask the staff to repack the chips they look at the bag and laugh seeing how it is inside, and I left. When I checked my order large mashed potato and gravy is missing. I rang them to let them know that they forgot to give me the Large mashed potato gravy and the woman in the line is very sarcastic. and telling me what she goona do about it instead of asking apologise. And told me next time when I order something checked everything whats in the bag. The chicken size they served is very small like the size of a small wicked wings. Very disappointing. I well never go back to buy in this shop again.
Probably the worst KFC in Melbourne.nIf you're in a rush don't come here because it is SO SLOW.nIts been almost 20 minutes and still waiting for a snack meal? It seems like FOH is run exclusively by teens that seem lost, I feel sorry for them because they really seem like they need a manager or something to help them. How can they let it be this bad?
Food was delicious and quick, but boys on the bikes were allowed
