This place from 12mths ago has turned around. The food is a lot better and the wait times aren't nearly as bad as they were. Although a couple times going in store it has been messy with rubbish and left over food on tables and the floor. It's still very popular so that says it all.
Just stopping in from Adelaide, and this joint was “out of everything” on a Saturday night, at 8:45. I ordered on the app, and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, only to be told they had nothing that I ordered. When I got to the window, the manager began with this attitude before I even spoke to him, like I was the problem, yet all I did was order food then be told they don’t have anything I ordered. Anyway, I just needed a quick meal and hungry jacks sorted one out in no time, but KFC should definitely review this chain, especially the staff on 02/03/24, because that was complete disarray.
Best deals and service, the drive thru is always packed. We need another one, this KFC is so popular!
Good Service, Friendly Staff BUT No Regular KFC Chicken Pieces Available 15-25 Min Wait Only Hot Spicy.
It's definitely not hard to mess up dirty bird. However got my order passenger in the car checked the order before driving away. It was missing a few things. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the window to sort it out.
