When I arrived outside, found one lucky parking spot guess it was a busy lunch time but seems like there should be plenty of spots. As I walked in, I saw plenty of seats and the express order stations which upon first looks seems convenient. As I was browsing through the menu, I saw some of the items being crossed out seems weird but went ahead and ordered a finger box. There was a small 4 seat table in the far left corner with good natural lighting. It didn't take long before the food was ready and it seems reasonably sized. The prices were a little on the higher side but I ordered the upgraded large packet. The zinger burger tasted alright, nothing special and the sauce was just nice. The chicken was on the smaller size but got 3 and the potato and gravy is nice but you can never go wrong with KFC potato and gravy. Didn't have any issue with the order, the atmosphere was quiet and chill. The toilets could do with some soap in the soap dispenser and cleaned the mirror. Overall the place seems reasonably clean with some minor chiken crumbs on the floor, wasn't too busy so not sure why the employee didn't try to clean the place. It was just alright.
Food was a little sad. Crunch bowl was half full and the order didn't come with the extras we added, no napkins or utensils to eat it with. At least the pop corn chicken was how it should taste.
My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We went through the drive through and are so happy with the service, the chicken was juicy and finger licking good. Thanks KFC, will be definitely coming back.
Service: Need to re-train the younger employees about customer service they have no work ethics. They are only there to get paid.nFood: Chicken is over cooked or cooked in old oil and the chips have been re-heated. It was busy tonight so not sure why the food didn't taste fresh.nThe quality of service and food has dropped.
Visited this store on a Sunday night for a bite to eat.I went into the store as the drive-through line was packed.nI utilised the self-service kiosk to place my order, staff at the service counter were working fast to box/bag orders. No attention was paid to the people waiting in store for counter service, as 2 food delivery drivers had been waiting for more than 10 minutes to pick up an order that was boxed and ready to go. These orders had not been sitting in the hot box keeping warm but placed on a side counter.nStaffing levels need to be reviewed to maintain an acceptable level of service.
