They put so much salt that the cips are almost inedible. And the potatoes have a very bad taste, they definitely used old oil
Let photo explain tender all use old oil or burnt? Even my iPhone colour brighter a-bit from real still so black and nuggets all oily very bad
The food is great and it's a good location but on weekdays at around 4:00 it's always super crowded by school kids from MAC it's really annoying and they sometimes cut in line and sometimes order horrendously large orders. Whenever I order, they usually forget 1 or 2 things. It's ok though. It's probably because of all those customers in there.
I think I’ve visited this store for the final time tonight. For the third time in a row, a minor same thing in my order was stuffed up. That is, extra salt on the chips. It might seem minor, but what is the point of having the option in the app if staff are just going to ignore it anyway? It wasn’t busy when I collected either so they can’t blame being under pressure. The staff must be either low IQ or incompetent or both. Over the years I’ve had plenty of other mistakes with my orders, but it’s never been enough to make a complaint or post a review. My chips tonight were wilted old oil?, bland, saltless and lukewarm; in fact all of the food in my order was lukewarm at best. I’m over KFC; there are plenty more/better options available locally especially the new El Jannah which has very fresh food, good customer service and cracking garlic sauce and gravy. See ya KFC, your app is now uninstalled and blocked in my phone’s and home router’s DNS. And PS: I don’t want an apology or a free food voucher - I just wanted the god damn orders done correctly each and every time or at least the majority of the time. I mean is that too much to ask? The staff have one job, take & make orders! FFS

FOOD AND PHYSICAL SAFETY HAZARD.nnDo you like microwaved food, served on dirty tables in an atmosphere where staff are ignoring rowdy customers who are throwing punches at each other yelling and swearing? Well then this is the place for you. We asked for a table to be cleaned, little did we know that wiping down a table meant pieces of food flying in every direction off the table. Rather than taking the initiative to clean the surrounding tables he left the squaller where it was. We got our food I opened my burger and it was piping hot as if it was thrown in the microwave even the lettuce was melted.
