Hi,nnI had a very disappointing experience at your store tonight, just before 9pm around 8:45. When I placed my order, I specifically asked for fresh chips. When I checked them, they were unseasoned and old. I politely mentioned this and said I was happy to wait for fresh chips, but the blonde girl serving me hair tied back in a ponytail with different uniform to the others was extremely rude. She pulled faces at me, insisted they were fresh when they clearly weren’t, and even threw the chips across the room in front of me in an aggressive way.nnWe ended up waiting around 8 minutes, only to still not receive properly fresh chips. I feel like I wasted my money and would like a refund or store credit. The staff clearly need proper training, as this was the worst experience I have ever had at KFC — and honestly at any fast food restaurant. I would never come here again.nIf I could put 0 stars about this I would, I didn’t eat the chips I had to throw them out because I don’t trust where they come from.

This is my absolute favourite KFC outlet, not only is the food delectable but the staff are so friendly. The restaurant was really clean and the food was received really quickly too. This was the highlight of my trip to Australia from India, as such good quality meat isn't found in India. Zac i believe provided me with the most best and pleasurable service that made me think about his  meat the whole night. All in all, do yourself a favour and visit this specific KFC, it'll be the best experience of your life. Whenever I will come back to Australia I will come to this KFC and hope to see Zac again. One suggestion though, you should start selling butter chicken. Zac, thank you for the wonderful times.

Before I start I don’t have prove of this but I’m not stupid.. I am an openly gay man who yes funny enough does sound gay feminine  when I talk so when I went thru the drive thru this evening the girl that took my order was nice but as I got to the window to collect my food there was two 16 yr olds staring and laughing at me when they knew I saw them they stopped laughing and pretended to work to which one of them handed me my order and as I drove all I could hear was laughing . If what I witnessed is true that is VILE COMING FROM A LARGE CORPORATION LIKE KFC AND ITSn2025.also it was 8.30pm Wednesday 22oct check your rosters

Terrible chips, I purchased 2 x large chips, not only has price increased what I received was disgusting the chips were cold and very soggy.  Very poor quality...I honestly doubt i would bother again as its not the first time I've had inedible food from EH store

Came in drive thru served by this rude guy on the speaker. Sounded like he don’t wanna be there or something. Get that the job can be hard sometimes but being the only people there seemed a bit inappropriate judging the response. Just the tone, the way he served, body language everything screamed he didn’t want us there.
