The food and service from this outlet seems to be better than the Hallam and Narre Warren outlets. Well done.

Terrible restaurant. Only half filled, unsalted chips, drive thru staff rushing to get people through when we’re the only car in drive thru, didn’t listen to order, ended up with wrong order and when we went back to ask them for the right items they said they were out of what we wanted so they’d given us something else without letting us know. Terrible experience

2 staff serving at Endeavour Hills KFC; One staff member preparing another customers order was taking forever. The other staff member didn't have any customers to serve in drive thru and ignored me while busy chatting to her mates. No one acknowledged me (a customer)!! When I asked the drive thru girl if she was going to serve me .. she looked annoyed! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...Someone should explain to them if it wasn't for us, they wouldn't have a job. Next time I'm going to Maccas. PS.. KFC your staff desperately need customer service training.

One of the workers with the name tag Lina is generally very nice and knows the menu well, I didn't have to wait for my meal at all and she was very polite

Their service is terrible. Very rude and not good service. I have been there many times before. But I don’t want to go their any more. They have to change the management and staff need education.
