I usually love this KFC, workers are always friendly and the food is consistently pretty good, but unfortunately these wicked wings are probably the worst I've ever gotten They were extremely dry, overcooked, flavourless, I couldn't even eat more than two. It's a shame because I don't like leaving bad reviews even if the food is sub-par, but I've never seen wings this dry and chewy :
Today at around 10:36 PM, I ordered a Zinger Nachos for a late-night snack. I was really craving it, and the only modification I made was to remove the guacamole. I also paid for extra cheese — which you did manage to add — but somehow everything else was missing. I received a box with just chips, meat, salsa and extra cheese. No other toppings at all not even any sauces. That’s completely unacceptable.nnHow does an order get messed up that badly? It honestly feels like no one bothered to double-check before handing it out. You need to check orders properly before giving them to customers. I highly doubt I’m the only person this has happened to.nnI’m extremely disappointed. I trusted you to get a simple order right, and you let me down. I expect a refund as soon as possible.
The chicken is consistently awful. Soggy chicken, undercooked chicken, undercooked chips. If u are ordering from doordash or eat now or the KFC app for the love of God dont choose Edwardstown location. It is CONSISTENTLY shit. ALWAYS!!!!!!! In the bin half it all goes again. Thanks for wasting my money and ruining dinner AGAIN!!!
I bought two combo meals from KFC Edwardstown today and was extremely disappointed. The fried chicken was completely overcooked and burnt. The coating was dark, hard, and bitter, and the chicken inside was very dry.nnThis is not the quality I expect from KFC, especially for a paid combo meal. It felt like the chicken had been left in the fryer for far too long and should never have been served to customers.nnI normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. I hope the store pays more attention to food quality and basic cooking standards.
I had an awesome experience at KFC thanks to Robin in the drive-through. From the moment I pulled up, she was super friendly, polite, and had such a positive attitude. Even through the speaker, you could tell she genuinely cared about providing great customer service.nnShe was patient while taking my order, made sure everything was correct, and kept things moving smoothly without ever making me feel rushed. When I got to the window, she was just as kind and welcoming, which really made the whole experience stand out.nnIt’s not often you come across someone who brings that much energy and friendliness to a drive-through, but Robin definitely does. She made my day a little better, and that kind of service is hard to forget. Huge credit to her—she’s an absolute star!
