I ordered 3 pcs spicy chicken and not well cooked inside. My aioli sauce for chicken also missing. The food quality control should not be ignored.
Have order a zinger box with 2 extra pieces of hot crips boneless, but did give extra one even paid for it. bad
Don't like the new ordering system, I'd rather have the customer service at the counter and to be able to pay with cash instead of card. Found the new system hard but the nice girl behind counter was ever so helpful and so was the manager but we will think twice about going back. Like the way it use to be with good old fashioned service
Clean and well kept, ok food and friendly staff! Got dinner here late in the evening, and ordered a zinger box. All of the food was great accept for the burger, the chicken fillet was rock hard which is concerning. The food did take a while, but it was very busy in the drive through. Staff were good. The dining space was kept very clean which is good to see.nnFood: CnCustomer service: C+nDining Space: A
Sent my 4yo son to the counter to collect food to help him find his own voice and his own agency. Counter staff completely ignored him whilst I heard him from the other side of restaurant say 10 times very politely ‘may I have some sauce please’.
