I ordered a tenders box upsized. You call these tenders? The size for the price is a joke. They were also old and soggy. Chips were also old. Haven't been to KFC in a long while. Won’t be going back. Although service staff were friendly but do better with the quality of your food.
I never have a problem before buying hot and spicy chicken from this place. But, today I'm so dissapointed. I arrived home and open my box, the chicken were overcooked, so dry, dark color and even 1 of the chicken looks like has been eaten or taken. 3 of the chicken were stick together.
The only reason I visit this store is because it's on my side of town. Always check your order before leaving, there is always something missing. If you get home and discover something missing and call the store, usually the person in charge isn't very friendly. They'll ask for your email address to send a voucher that never comes. When you call back a day or two later, there is no record of your call. Always check your order before leaving.
The food is often fresh and well made. The staff are polite and friendly. Your order will only be messed up about 1/3 of the time you visit, which for KFC is honestly a fantastic performance.
Gravy is burnt most time's . Potato is sour drie chicken. Not impressed as this was at 5:45 pm when you expect to be served fresh produce
