The food is over cook and the wrap is full of sauce outside of wrap and it is not properly wrap too. The manager is willing to refund rather than providing costumers satisfaction. Too unprofessional and very incapable of the role of the post. Disgusting

Last Thursday , we ordered take away.nThe wicked wings were black.nThey were not burnt, they were cooked in oil that was probably used too many times.nThat’s not right !!

simply shocking. the top bun for my burger was harder than solid steel. the wicked wings are probably older than my nan and have been recooked every day since their first cook, the nuggets were absolutely shocking to the point they didn’t even get a feature in the photo, chips were the only good thing and the dinner roll. 1 star for the good customer service. another star for the group of 14 year old boys causing a bit of a ruckus causing me and my table a laugh. if you think this is a joke look at the zinger patty. it’s older than the flintstones, Melbourne KFC > Adelaide and its not even close

Even after complaining about the tidiness, I walk into a mess today. And right by the front door.  Very sad, to say the least.

First time in this store. Staff weren't terribly efficient. Waited for our order that was sitting there on the bench. Asked if that was the number we had they said no so I waltzed up and said it would have to be and yes it was. We ate indoors but had to ask for straws then serviettes etc. A fellow cleaning tables was great. I left two cans of drink while I approached the counter and just said don't take them please and he said I'll watch them for you. Rest rooms were disgusting. Seems to be with a lot of these stores. The worst I think was Hungry Jacks on Pultney St. Doesn't make you want to visit anytime soon. The food was OK. No complaints there.
