The order took an incredibly long time to be prepared. This is my first time leaving a review for KFC, but they really need to improve their speed. Fries full of salt like hell,
I have never had such a negative experience in a fast food restaurant. We went to this KFC at 1.30 pm on a Wednesday. Despite being a fast food restaurant our order took more than 30 minutes to be produced and that was only after we went up to the counter and asked where our order was. The food was not very hot and the chips had a horrible after-taste as if they were cooked in old oil. We initially planned to eat in, but had to eat on the run as we had wasted so much time waiting for our food. In addition almost the entire floor of the restaurant was sticky under foot indicating a lack of cleanliness. I will never return to this restaurant!
Have been waiting over half an hour for a go bucket and a freeze. This is just after duck creek races-they should be more prepared as this happens every year. I feel like I’m about to die of alcohol poisoning. This is not fast food…
The longest I have ever waited for my food in my whole life. Plenty of staff mostly kids who ofcourse does not care about customer satisfaction. Very very slow. It took my order approx. 45 min when the order was 6 wicked wings only. No protocol to process short orders first. I saw a guy waiting 15 min to being served at kiosk for a drink because the staff pretended they are busy and avoided confrontation. Mostly wearing caps to avoid eye contact. What a worst experience it was. Never going back to this branchnagain
Most disorganised and slow 'fast food' restaurant I've experienced. Sat waiting for our order for over 30 minutes and only 4 orders were completed as well as orders being missed. One poor young man was alone completing orders as staff wandered around aimlessly. Absolutely terribly managed KFC.
