Thought I would have kfc tonight and what a mistake that was , absolutely unacceptable what I received , the burger was as dry as a nuns you no what ,it was the size of 2 nuggets max and that thin you could not see between the bun.nWhoever made this should be ashamed of what they dished up as I’m sure they wouldn’t accept it if they was me
Just went through drive through. Ordered the 21 piece and received not a general mix of chicken, but 12 legs. Over half the order was legs. I get chickens have 2 legs but they also have 2 thighs and 2 rib sections.nThe only thing I can be grateful for is the other 9 pieces weren't wings. 3 of them werenAs this order was for a “Japanese Christmas” I hope that everyone likes legs.
Rubbish food, the wings were stone cold, like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Took one bite and immediately regretted it. Zero crunch, zero flavor
I’ve visited this KFC a few times now and have always had a positive experience. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and my orders have been accurate. The food is consistently fresh, with hot chips and crispy chicken every time. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, and the drive-thru is usually efficient even during busy periods. It’s great to have a reliable local KFC that delivers good food and service. Keep up the great work!
Just went to Kfc through Drive through and was disgusted in the service, the young boy taking the order was too busy laughing and having a conversation while taking our order. We proceed to pay at next window waiting for him to finish his conversation with 2 other young boys he decides to open the window. We then get our order and park in carpark to check it and its incorrect!! My husband goes in the store and only one in there to get served the ones behind where all having a conversation on whos getting drunk tonight!! No apology for incorrect order popped on counter and walked away!! I work in retail and this service is disgraceful putting it nicely!! Floors where disgusting instead of chatting on whos getting drunk maybe they need to learn how to mop and sweep the floor and pick up the mess.
