Fried chicken tastes like it's repeatedly fried, with the entire surface being black. The fried chicken inside the burger is also black, which is really disappointing

I work local to this KFC, and I go there regularly. In the past I have had more than a few negative experiences to say the least. However recently I haven. Noticed some new faces around and along with new faces I’ve noticed an improvement in quality of food, customer service and overall my experiences here have improved drastically. I spoke with Grace today, she is a bright and bubbly person with an amazing personality. She is always very helpful and provides a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you very much to Grace and her team for another amazing experience today!

Fast service, Chicken didn't look cooked

First time trying this KFC usually got to Carrum downs but this  one is closer . Drive thru was not too busy when I rolled up but  took awhile to get through, only to get home to be disappointed.nOrder a family feast and 10 wicked wings . Opened the family feast to all of the pieces to be small wings that were nothing short of burnt don’t know if they thought ordering wicked wings on top the family feast meant we only like wings in orginal recipe also , but certainly not the case nor were we asked.. . Dry inedible pieces. Dissatisfied and disappointed won’t be back.nnEdit review: thanks for the reply and I understand getting a negative review isn’t fun. But think I have explained what I was unhappy about fairly well here and emailing again is rather time consuming to add on. Hopefully you can actually take this review on board without having to be emailed.

This is worst ever kfc you could find. I just ordered a regular twister meal and the girl got the order seems unhappy about the order. Once I got the meal I pulled out my car to a parking slot to have a meal. I took it out from the bag and it wasn’t wrapped properly. All the salad went everywhere in my cloths and the car. Then I looked for a tissue in the bad but there was none.nSeveral times I attended the shop to buy food but no one was in the counter for some time. It’s terrible service. Not sure why KFC is not maintaining standards. Disgusting
