Nice food. But the Chicken was not crispy. Also had a hair in my Original recipe chicken. Order was made pretty quick though but definitely not the best KFC store.
Visited last Sunday during lunch pickup in store. Service was unbelievably quick with food fresh to order nThey had messed up my meal the week prior with missing items but rectified with a credit and left feeling very satisfied.nCan be hit and miss, just make sure you check your order before leaving.nnOrdered the Original Tenders Box with an extra Original Piece and 2x hot and crispys
Ordered one regular and one large meal received two regular meals. Chicken wasn’t crumbed properly and no cheese in my burger with minimal sauce. For dinner that cost nearly $50. You’d expect it to come at least correct. I then called and spoken to someone who claims to be the manager but was definitely not qualified to be a manager whatsoever with absolutely no outcome and wanted a photo proof of the meals. Like most modern American based Fast Food outlets, cusomer contact is minimal which can detract from the atmosphere.nWhen the meal was ready, the serve was pleasant and friendly.nThe Habanero hot & crispy lives upto it's name and is delicious. It's a pity it's coming g off the menu.
Never had chicken this small & shriveled. Dinner roll had been run over by a truck. Coleslaw in the wrap was like grass. Ordered chips that we never got. Instead we got 1 free soft chicken nugget that we didnt order.Total paid $46.95. Wouldnt pay $10 for wat we got. Shameful
