When it first opened it was good but now the service can be terrible sometimes, especially in the drive through. Some kids are so immature, they can't greet you or even talk properly or respectfully and are at times such low energy. They forget stuff all the time. Needs a bit of service orientation. KFC food is always great.
The hot and spicy was burnt and dry which never happens with hot and spicy it is always more tender than original. The meal was returned and replaced but we still had the same issue .we than rand and spoke to the manager and he just said go and try another kfc if we don't like it dont ever go here it is absolutely digusting
I tried to order food at about 9:40 tonight through the drivethrough andnnA I couldn't even hear the person talking through the speaker, and had to ask if I could come to the window to place my ordernnB Upon arriving to the window to place my order after about 5 minutes waiting in a queue, I was told that all they could serve me was nuggets or chips...nnWas pretty bad service all round
Just gotta say. These guys make the best KFC I’ve ever had. Fresh hot chicken, steaming gravy and chips that are not only hot and fresh but seasoned with just the right amount of chicken salt.
Absolutely rude ! Store manager has no customers service! So don’t expect the staff to have it !nPlease go to a different KFCnThis little one will burn ya food probably spit on it so don’t waste ya money here !!
